The sales team (Chris and Beth) were friendly, professional and very effective. A full price offer was received on our house within 3 days of it going online. They talked us through the process very clearly when we started and arranged a large number of viewings very quickly. The only blip was that the photos of the house weren't visible on Taylors website (they were on Rightmove etc though)

Having no experience or knowledge of mortgages and buying a house etc, Jordan Turpin made every effort to make the process as stress free as possible. Even in the current economic market, she answered all of my queries with easy and anticipation for more panic. No matter what ungodly hour I was emailing she would always get back to me in a timely manner. Thank you soooo much for everything, just waiting to complete with the solicitors and I will be well on my way to getting on the property ladder! I used Taylors Letting service through a recommendation from a family friend. The initial correspondence was promising as they found suitable Tenants quite quickly, but as soon as the Tenants moved in, the communication has been disastrous. It is impossible to reach the lady who I initially dealt with as we are yet to receive the rent which we agreed upon. We have only been receiving some parts of payment and have never received a full month's payment until now - it has been 3 months and we are still awaiting for a full month's rent. It is very frustrating as I can't get hold of anyone in the team to sort this matter.

Absolutely the worst estate agent I have ever used! They are only professional when they stand to get commission out of you upon renting a property. I rented a flat in watford from Feb 22 to Jan 23 & in the beginning, they bent over backwards to make sure I rented the property & kept asking me for google reviews. I dealt with Jonathan Blye initially. When my tenancy was due to come to an an end, they then became aggressive & incredibly unprofessional. It is clear that when there is no commission to be made, all humanity goes out the window!!! I was given no notice for when the property was put back on the market. Jonathan claimed he had spoken to me to advise me of the updates & and viewings, but he definitely had not. As he then realised he made a mistake, instead of saying sorry - he then went on to verbally abuse & patronise me because the times he had organised without my consent for viewings did not suit. I complained to head office after he put the phone down on me & was verbally abusive to the point I was left in tears. Head office did nothing & refused to take the matter further. I was simply told that they would deal with it in house which in other words means, they will do nothing! Saqab Rafiq then took over the viewings who was just as bad! He arranged viewings with possible tenants & simply turned up with them at the door without notifying me whenever he felt like it! There was no 24-hour hour notice & pleaded at the door to be let in. He also informed me that he had heard the conversation between me & Jonathan & told him it was wrong but that I would never receive an apology. The deposit was the final nail in the coffin as they held onto it unnecessarily. I waited the contractual 10 days after I left the property early to help them out and heard nothing! I had to hound them via email on numerous occasions. They blamed the landlord for the delay, which was complete lie as i had to contact her myself for proof. I then received it 28 days after I had left the property. They are a bunch of budget cowboys, to say the least, and they need shutting down! DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH OR COMPANY!!!!!

Darren and Sian were excellent agents for the sale of my property. I purchased the same property a few years ago through Darren and had no hesitation in returning to him and Sian for the sale due to their excellent communication, personable nature and patience (the property took a year to sell due to administrative issues with the freeholder!). Ok so I was going to hold off writing this until things were sorted but enough is enough and it is time to express my experience. Simply put these are the worst agents you could possibly imaging Communication as a tenant is simple. It would take weeks of back and forth for simple requests to be completed such as asking for proof of rent payments. ironically to the point I filled out their website contact us form with an issue and got a call back the next day asking which property I was interested in. Clearly they are only interested in signing up new tenant rather than offering a service to existing ones. If you have an issue the only way to resolve this is via their own portal system which creates a barrier to having repairs carried out. Now I have moved out they are holding my deposit back for repairs I didn't complete due to them not being too much of a bother for me and for cleaning the apartment again despite having had it professionally cleaned with a guarantee which I could not use as they didn't communicate their intentions. I have to move most years and have rented several apartments over the years. I have never had issues before and always had my deposit back in full. This is a complete opposite story with Taylors Be warned
