GoogleI cannot recommend Taylors enough, especially Macey and Lisa. Our house buying process was an absolute nightmare and it felt like every other party was working against us. Taylor’s helped pushed the whole thing through and supported us as every stage, always going the extra mile. They were positive and kind the entire time, even when I wasn’t. Ultimately, it was nice to know there was at least one competent party looking over the chain.

GoogleI spoke with a senior member of the MK team who ticked all our boxes in terms of experience and understanding our needs. We put our apartment on the market in 2021. Our case was passed onto the younger newer recruits which unfortunately showed in their investment and professionalism when handling our home. They were late on more than 2 of the showings, shared sensitive data with viewers regarding our timeline and situation which I'm convinced influenced the offers we received. Very nice guys, but not what you want with a major investment. Additionally, on multiple occasions showed impatience and irritation about listing price. On the initial listing they even listed the property at our lowest discussed takeaway price instead of the starting priced that had been discussed, thank goodness I caught it and they corrected the listing, however theres no telling how many people would have seen it. The senior members were often too busy or away to deal with the property. If you are dont mind losing out on 10-20k then Taylor's will do you just fine.

GoogleWouldn’t recommend no one for lettings with this company from £1300 you told me you will take £400 fee you took £550!? Just to let my property out day light robbery! Even the manager is a lost coconut doesn’t even know her role communication is poor the tenant wanted my washing machine & fridge she made me take it out & put it in the garage now i go inside the house the tenant says he wants it all with the additional cost hes happy to pay wasn’t said to the tenant from the estate agency absolutely disgusting poor service Before you become an estate agent educate yourself first then be an employee.

GoogleSales representatives very helpful, always helpful exchanges. Maintenance very average, often asked to chase and confirm contractors yourself, no accountability on them to push to get your property fixed (haven’t experienced this with previous tenancy’s) Getting deposit back - very poor. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m awaiting a quote for a small amount of paint to be patched up (came off when cleaning). New tenants already in. Luckily I’m not desperate for the money back, but if I was a struggling family who needed the money I’d be in a pickle.

GoogleTaylors have been managing my property since 2018 and I have found them to be extremely professional. They are very quick to find new tenants which means the property is never empty for long.
