GoogleMaintenance department are absolutely useless. I have had to organise and pay for my own gas safety certificate 2 years in a row (to save them getting a fine), any maintenance work no matter how essential has taken over 3 weeks every time. Don't know their arses from their elbows. I'm sure if my landlord knew he was paying for services, which frankly are not being provided as they should, he would look elsewhere.

GoogleWhat can I say meet with Adam and Ian to put my house on the market and straight away we felt confident and comfortable that we picked the right estate agents. They both explained anything we needed to know and was honest about what to expect thank you for that guys. The sales team was great they kept the viewings coming and even if there was any no shows they rang and kept us updated. Once we had a buyer the support didn't stop there Ian would always be there to answer any questions and would see how everything was going with the sale. We brought the house from Taylors in Leagrave and sold it with them 17 years later would highly recommend them and appreciate all that they have done thank you.

GoogleI feel very let down, I visited Taylors in December 2021 on a wet Wednesday, after begin recommend from a very good friend. I meet a guy called Sam , chubby chap with lots of tattoos, I made an offer on a property and he promised to get back to me with the out come, guess what he never got back too me , more then likely he sold the house and got a drink out it, like he suggested to me.
If you use Taylor's avoid SAM.
