GoogleWe switched to Taylors from another agent after failing to find a buyer for our home. We had lots of viewings but still didn't find a buyer due to market conditions. We then switched to lettings and the first family to see it made an offer. As first-time landlords, we were full of apprehension and anxiety, but Taylors were understanding and supportive from start to finish. I have to single out Katie Ambler who has been incredible - responsive by email and phone, friendly, efficient, reassuring, on top of absolutely everything. Thanks, Katie, for going the extra mile for us!

GoogleI rented one of the properties under taylors for 6 months. The property recieved with full of waste and dirt inside.Supplied with wrong keys as well.The property has so many issues like mould and poor heating seems like not good for human habitation. Raised concerns several times, but treated very badly by the staffs and the letting manager.They remained as very rude and irresponsible through out my tenancy.After everything i left the property after a professional cleaning, which was not deseved by them.Even though, I struggled a lot to get back my full deposit due to their drama with the landlord.But i got back the full amount due to the excellent service of Country wide deposit team and the new letting manager sri theva.If you don't want to get in trouble,never go to taylors.

GoogleIt’s our first time to rent and we are so thankful we came across their Agent “Sean P. “ who made our experience with the process very smooth and reliable. He is a star! He is very professional, helpful, friendly and caring as he promptly addresses any concerns or questions we ask, and this goes alongside his team (manager and staff) as they are all very supportive and always willing to help their customers. After a disaster with another estate agent, Harriet went above and beyond to get us into the property in a matter of days, along with a lovely little welcome gift. GoogleI've just bought a property through Taylors and Emily and Karl were both brilliant in making sure the process went as smoothly as they could make it go, then when things became time-pressured they were on the ball and driving the purchase forward. I would definitely strongly consider using Taylors again when I came to sell.

GoogleAbsolutely grateful for the smooth experience I had when it came to buying my first home.
