GoogleI am impressed with the proactive approach and helpfulness of the Taylor Team, Biggleswade. Samantha, can't appreciate enough, you Rock. 💫 From viewings to hand-over of the keys, everything was handled so smoothly. She went the extra mile at every step of the process, perfecting documentation and supporting each query I had while I was located in London and could not travel every time. Although it was a very challenging scenario to have the agreement in the shortest time before I left for abroad, Samantha made it happen. It was 'an incredible Job'. Overall, felt so accommodating with all my queries answered even after my move-in. I strongly would recommend their services.

GoogleHad an appointment to view a property and when we arrived there were two other women who had arrived for an appointment half an hour earlier but no one had turned up. Tried calling the office but no answer and still haven't heard from them nearly six hours later. Doesn't bode well for anyone that does let from them

GoogleThrough Taylor, my family got a very nice residence which we still miss now. Very spacious and situated in the town accessible to shops, schools, the NHS, and transport. Lovely landlord. All the services were quick and on point. Great service. We recommended it to our friends. I suggest this to others as well. Well done Taylor and thank you for your service.

GoogleA 5 star review for our mortgage advisor Curtis Green. We were first time buyers and didn’t know much about the process, Curtis was extremely friendly and professional from the start, helping us a lot along the way. He was there to answer any questions we had, even if not directly related to his services but the process with solicitors and kept in contact with us often. He also called our solicitors to chase the progress for us without us even having to ask and updated us on a weekly basis. Would highly recommend anybody to use Curtis’ services as we will definitely be back when the time comes to re-mortgage. He is an asset to any company he works for. Thank you Curtis.

GoogleJo, Sean and Keegan helped me move from out of town into my new rental property in less than a month from the original inquiry. GoogleI was desperate when I found out how difficult it is to find a proper place to live here. I made a lot of phone calls and viewings and Taylors was the one who responded promptly. They are very kind and professional and made every step clear and easy for me. I would especially thank Sean and Jo who were really patient and flexible when things came up during reference check, payment and checking in. They were also well prepared for details such as keys and inventory and even a welcome package on my first day. You can tell they carefully manage the property and show full respect to the tenant and landlord. I have recommended Taylors to my colleague who is also new to Oxford.

GoogleThe laziest people I have ever seen. I’ve moved out 1.5 months ago but my deposit is still being processed and not returned to me despite my landlord releasing it. I’ve had to chase them endlessly but still no help. When asked who I could raise a concern to/ speak to their manager I was told they dont have one. I am going to pursue legal options now.
