GoogleTaylors are always very helpful and professional when dealing with my properties and respond when I get in contact with them. One of my buildings is an HMO and the Regulations are difficult to navigate. They do this well.

GoogleWe sold our property in Norfolk and looked to move to Oxford, but as we didn't know the area we decided to go into a rented property. We thought it would be easy! how wrong we were! the agents we spoke to wanted us to get into a bidding war! Then we spoke to Sean from Taylors, he showed us around a property and then followed it up the following day, we confirmed we would like to rent it! and that was that, he made the whole process simple, took the stress out of it (we had only 3 weeks from exchange to completion to find somewhere!) and here we are, great house and couldn't recommend Sean and Taylors more highly!

GoogleNo point booking a viewing as the agent books a viewing time then rings 10 mins after that time to say he is running late,,🤷🤷🤷 Really.!!! Such unprofessional service, pity the sellers …. And few months ago after putting in an offer on another property the lack of communication was inept and i had to chase them,🙈🙈🤷🤷 So its A NO From Me…

GoogleI have just completed the sale of my late father’s house through Taylors Bedford. The advice, support and professionalism provided by the Bedford office team has been outstanding. They ensured the price was set at an attractive and realistic level, with appropriate marketing to reach the type of buyers we were hoping to attract. My special thanks go to Connor Clingen who realised exactly what one buyer was looking for and guided this buyer to view my fathers house. It was more expensive than the buyer’s stated price range but was a really good match. Well done Taylors.

GoogleI am deeply disappointed with my recent encounter at Taylors. During the key handover, Senior Branch Manager Natalie Meech exhibited disrespectful and discriminatory behavior, including a noticeable racial bias. Unfortunately, she failed to extend even the simplest courtesies, such as offering a seat. Additionally, there were requests for unlawful demands on behalf of the landlord, escalating the situation further. Regrettably, Natalie’s conduct included contacting the landlord in our presence, advising against us, and suggesting conversations behind our backs. This experience, compounded by racial bias, has tainted my perception of a company like Taylors. On a positive note, I appreciate Sean’s courteous and respectful assistance. Considering the severity of the situation, we are compelled to report this behavior to relevant authorities. Discrimination, particularly when coupled with racial bias, has no place, and we cannot accept being treated as anything less than equal.”
