From viewing, to explaining the process, to securing the apartment and taking care of all the formalities, she was just amazing. GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS! I've had the WORST experience with this company. I put down a holding deposit over a week ago after viewing a property, myself and my partner have called, emailed, left messages countless times and the service has been APALLING! We never get a call back and no one has explained the process or what is going on. We've been trying to book a viewing so that my partner can also see the property whilst the checks are underway, you'd think it wouldn't be so hard considering I've paid a holding deposit! But a week later no one has booked him in yet! We've sent our documents to the branch manager and completed the vetting but have had no acknowledgement or communication, very unprofessional. They've taken our money and have treated us poorly as customers! 1 star is too generous for these crooks! Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere!

GoogleSo my review is a bit of a long one but trust me it is super worth it I am rating Taylor’s letting a 5 out of 5 because their work , consideration and care is out of this world . I was struggling around October to find a place to rent, I remember getting viewings and it literally be cancelled last minute . I then recieved a call from Georgina Cook from Taylor’s lettings telling me about a 1 bedroom property to rent . She knew my plight as I was actively looking for a place to stay and had viewings cancelled due to the property I was interested in then being let She really tried for me and the whole process went smooth .I then spoke to Praveen Chana who is also amazing , she handled the correspondence perfectly with me and was even able to meet me on the day I had to collect my key . I originally had to collect the key at 2pm but Praveen was able to help me collect it at 12pm saving me so much time I was even gifted a welcome home box with sweets and cards from the Taylor family I am so grateful to have rented via Taylor’s lettings , I feel like I am in great care , they have good properties and even greater communication

GoogleFirstly, Id like to start by saying, I cannot thank Megan & Aidan enough for how helpful they’ve been. This is by far the best agency I’ve dealt with, no problem has been to big. Every concern has been addressed, even after some complications arose, they helped deal with the situation quickly. They were always available when I needed to sort things out or call. GoogleMy recent experience of using Taylors to purchase a new home. The whole team were great. Ian Causton and Ifzal were extremely helpful throughout the entire process, providing advice and guidance on all legal aspects related to the purchase. They were also available to answer all of our questions in a timely manner and gave us peace of mind. They also made sure to keep us updated on the progress of the purchase, giving us regular updates regarding any changes or developments in the process. Overall, the whole process was made incredibly easy and stress free due to the guidance and help we received from Ian Causton and Ifzal. They not only provided us with expert knowledge and advice but also treated us with dignity, respect, and made sure our interests were taken care of at every step of the way. Not to forget Sharuk and Asiya provided a great support in the process. I highly recommend using this Taylors for any future purchases/rent/lease.
