GoogleWe have used Taylor's to manage the letting of our flat in Cardiff Bay for several years. James and his team are efficient, responsive and get the job done quickly with minimum fuss. We are very pleased with the service we are getting. A special shout out to Harriet Spittle who managed the new tenancy process for us this week and has secured a new tenant without any delay and no cause for stress for us! Well done Harriet!

GoogleI called the office yesterday and spoke with someone named Miladh. Incredibly professional and booked a valuation in with his colleague Ethan for today. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with an estate agent. After years of buying and selling it’s difficult to put total faith in an agent but Taylor’s Biggleswade honestly have my full support. Would highly recommend!!!

GoogleEverybody at Taylors has been incredibly helpful and professional throughout our entire move from the very beginning to end. Completely non-biased, impartial advice from Ethan in particular was extremely helpful. Both Miladh and Mason were great in working with us to schedule viewings also. This resulted in them leading a buyer to our property after recognising their taste, they then purchased our property and in great time! A big thank you again to the entire team. I highly recommend Taylors Biggleswade to anybody looking to put their property on the market.

GoogleOverly concerned with selling their mortgage brocker service, which was deeply unhelpful because my situation was a typical. The agent was more interested in selling new builds even though I had specific properties that I was interested in. In the end I purchased through an alternative agent.

GoogleI have just let out my property with Taylors Cardiff Bay branch. I have genuinly been blown away with the service and professionalism of the letting agent Harriet Spittle. She has made the whole process seamless and has reassured me throughout the whole process. With changes in Welsh rental legislation it more important than ever for landlords in Wales to ensure that they are providing the highest standards of accomodation and safety for their tenants, I would highly recommend Taylors to any prospective landlord to let their property through them.
