GoogleAvoid at all costs. They fail to act on maintenance and let the properties dusty and then say your move-out cleaning isn't professional despite we had a professional with us as they evicted us on section 21 but didn't want to go to court so knowing I use an electric wheelchair, so they switched the supply and told the company to restrict supply as property would be vacant. Illegal eviction in the end and lack of care for tenants. The taps got filthy because of the design and standing water but as you see it's sparkling. Everything left in a better state than when they gave us the keys.

GoogleVery unreliable agency. They have the full management of my property and they rent my house to even more unreliabe people. I do not trust this agency anymore and looking forward for the contract to end. Just an update..... the pigs staying in my house have left The cost of the damage is very high. The house requires blitz clean, redecorating, locks of the garden door and main door to be changed, the TV worth more than £1000 pounds broken 2 kitchen cabinet door from Wren damaged, skirting board and kitchen tiles broken. The list could go further. I will update the review when I am going to check the loft. Agencies are only interested in money. They do not do any regular checks on the properties and put any rubble in your house. What is really annoying is that the estate agent told me they were good people and had done all the necessary credit check, RUBBISH Those gypsies choosen by Taylor were nothing what they told plus there is an outstanding payment of the rental of £10.000

GoogleMade an enquiry on shared ownership in Northampton, agent took my details, and I got no call back for next 3 days. Called back and agent remembered me, again he said he will pass on details to very busy team, now 1 week has passed and no answer. Can you imagine going through a process of buying or selling with them.. Bad service, avoid Lucy from customer relation will email the same robotic catchphrase, can you email us at so and so....total nonsense...look at all the reviews, robot Lucy will answer with same lines

GoogleI've recently switched to Taylors from another management agent and have to say the service has been first class. The whole team worked hard to find me new tenants quickly and at my target rental rate. The communication throughout was also fantastic. I would highly recomment Taylors Cardiff Bay, both for their excellent customer service and the results they deliver.

GoogleWe have been renting with Taylors for close to a year now and I wanted to make special mention for all the help and support we have received from Nikolina and Katie through this time. They have both gone out of their way a number of time through the past year to help us out with issues that possibly don't even fall under their remit.
