GoogleMacey came out to our property in February to give us a valuation. We were unsure whether we wanted to renew our mortgage in August or sell. Macey was absolutely incredible. So kind and attentive, she made us really proud of the home we had created and the work we had done to it. She did her research before coming to see us, looking at old photo’s of the property and houses that were sold in the area similar to ours. She had a pack prepared and went through it all in detail. No question we had was too much trouble. Honestly, she was just incredible. After the visit we were not bombarded with phone calls or emails which was so refreshing. It’s nice to find an estate agents that aren’t just after your money constantly and see you as human beings. When we decide to sell our home in the future we will 100% be back to this team to help us. Thank you.
