James is very proactive and took me on viewings according to the type of property I was looking for. Always with a smile!
Paige is very accommodating, even staying late to fit in a viewing last minute.
Sian was especially helpful in the final (stressful!) stages of the property purchase. She is very responsive by phone, email, or in person.
As an office their willingness to help was much appreciated and I felt very supported throughout the whole process.

GoogleRented with Taylors for 2.5 years and then used them to buy my first property, and they were excellent in both! Charlie and Georgie were always very friendly, understanding and helpful during our tenancy. The only negative about our time renting was that some of the maintenance issues took a bit too long to resolve.
Emily was fantastic in the whole process of buying my first house. She was really on the ball and helped move things along well. She was always helpful and professional and very good at responding to emails quickly.
I also used their in-house mortgage consultant Cerys and she was very good as well, explaining everything to me very well and helping choose the right mortgage.
