5 stars for JLL and my property manager Maham Iftikhar! Maham recently handled a tricky end-of-tenancy cleaning dispute for my property, where the previous tenants refused to pay the full cleaning costs. Maham guided me through the TDS process with absolute clarity. Not only did she ensure we had all the evidence, including the check-in inventory and professional cleaning records, to support my claim, but she also answered a lot of my questions about the dispute process in detail, as this is my first time encountering this situation. Thanks to her thorough preparation, the TDS final dispute report awarded me the full cleaning cost, saving me nearly £400! Throughout the process, she was responsive, transparent, and professional. It’s a relief to have a property manager who knows the legal requirements inside out and fights for the landlord's best interests.

Sam took us on a few viewings, including the flat we are purchasing, and we were so impressed with his support. In addition to being very friendly and personable, Sam was extremely knowledgeable about the flats we were viewing and the local area too. It is very clear that Sam is passionate about the industry he works in and this translated to us being well informed about the properties. Since the viewings, Sam's communication has been excellent. Moving to London from France was already a challenge in itself, and I had only a few days after arriving to find an apartment in one of the most competitive rental markets in the world. From the very beginning, Kyle went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and somehow managed to help me find exactly the apartment that I wanted , despite the difficulties and pressure of the London market. Throughout the process, he was always available, responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making things work out for me. Kyle did everything he could to move things forward as quickly as possible, guided me through all the administrative steps, and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. His advice, support, and dedication saved me an incredible amount of time and effort.
