GoogleI had a really positive experience working with Tianne Harvey in Sales team throughout my rental process. She was very professional, patient, and responsive from start to finish. She carefully answered all of my questions, helped check the progress of my guarantor referencing, and even contacted the referencing company to follow up the timeline of my referencing. She also helped me review the tenancy agreement and explained the clauses I was unsure about clearly and promptly. I really appreciated how attentive and responsible she was during the whole process.
