However, communication with the property manager, Antonella, after moving in was difficult; many issues couldn't be resolved promptly, just like buying a product without after-sales service.

GoogleAt the beginning of this month, my friends and I were in a hurry to move to London, but when my friends and I arrived in London we were told that the appointment to visit had been cancelled, at this time Eilis Moloney was on the scene and received us on behalf of her colleagues, otherwise we would have gone to London for nothing. I am very grateful to her, she has shown a strong sense of responsibility and excellent adaptability. She always responds to messages promptly. In the end, we moved to a new house within two weeks.

GoogleWe have worked with Emma and Raphael from Houseman for 8 years and in that time we have found them extremely responsive, acting responsibly on behalf of the tenants and the landlords be it moving in, moving out or issues that occur during the tenancy.
They have very good relations with the contractors they use and can always be relied upon to take a pragmatic view around any issues that crop up. Trust is a word that sometimes gets forgotten in this area, but not here.

Checkin was smooth and handled over the video. Any amendments were made and the team is very responsive. Checkout was also smooth and communication is excellent.
I would encourage greater flexibility when renewing contracts when tenants are looking to shift.
