GoogleHave been a tenant with them as agents for 2 years. Fantastic people. Very quick and easy to communicate with, got the couple of "wear and tear" issues resolved as quickly as possible and very easy check in and check out of the flat. Definitely recommend.

GoogleStayed with the team for three years. Highly professional and they know the ins and outs of managing a property which made things straight forward. Checkin was smooth and handled over the video. Any amendments were made and the team is very responsive. Checkout was also smooth and communication is excellent. I would encourage greater flexibility when renewing contracts when tenants are looking to shift.

GoogleWe have worked with Emma and Raphael from Houseman for 8 years and in that time we have found them extremely responsive, acting responsibly on behalf of the tenants and the landlords be it moving in, moving out or issues that occur during the tenancy. They have very good relations with the contractors they use and can always be relied upon to take a pragmatic view around any issues that crop up. Trust is a word that sometimes gets forgotten in this area, but not here.

GoogleI cannot fault the service I received one bit. The Houseman team made my moving process stress free from start to finish. From the viewing with Raphael, to the referencing process with Emma. They were amazing. Emma was polite, professional and efficient. Always keeping me updated, every step of the way. Would 100% recommend them if you would like a seamless moving process.

Their advice has always been spot on. They are high quality and totally efficient with everything they do. GoogleWe dealt with Joe initially who was great but then we mainly dealt with Max. We had many peaks and troughs during the process and Max was extremely efficient, calm and conciliatory. Max always answered his phone and dealt with any queries quickly, which is what is needed in the stressful scenario of a house move. Thank you Max.
