GoogleEilis was so helpful and lovely! She was so easy to talk to and had all the answers to my questions on the property I viewed. We then proceeded to place an offer on the property where she was so quick and helpful with the process and made the whole experience easy and quick.

GoogleAlthough the flat we were interested in the first place was not eventually fit for our requirements, Erjana found a different one which was even better (not just one but from different perspectives: transport, shared space, rooms, communal area) and within our budget. GoogleIncredibly slow with the processes, inefficient and always favours the landlord. Thankfully our landlord was great, but whenever we had to deal with the agency, it was a nightmare.
