He is genuinely quick to respond and handles everything with impressive speed, which made the whole process, from arranging the viewing to negotiating the offer and finalising the details, smooth and stress-free.
Adam was always available and made everything feel straightforward, which really helped reduce the stress that often comes with moving.
Stephanie was also a great support, her clear and timely communication around the tenancy agreement made everything so much easier. It was a real pleasure to deal with both of them.
