Staff were very experienced and diligent making sure we had all the information to make the right choices first time. They responded very quickly and ensured there were no delays on either side when getting the transactions completed, everyone was very professional throughout and it was all really easy and trouble free. I would definitely recommend using JLL in Stratford and we will definitely use them again next time.

GoogleI am a tenant in one of the properties they manage. It is very difficult to contact your property manager - emails are not answered, calls not picked up, when calling the office no one from the management team is available. Some of the fixes we asked from landlord and that were listed in our TA are not fulfilled 4 months in.

GoogleTogether with my partner we visited this agency with the idea of renting the flat(30.03). One agent lady with no European beauty tryed to hypnotized with her eyes my boyfriend, playing with her hair, almost lying on the desk (the chewing gum was missing) occasionally looked at me. My partner felt uncomfortable immediately found the excuse that he works to do not have a viewing with her. I was in shock because of her unpalatable behavior.

GoogleIsobel and the team at JLL were absolutely fantastic in helping us find our new home. Having dealt with some horrific reals estate agents in London over the years, Isobel and her colleagues went out of their way to ensure the smoothest possible process, met us multiple times to re-view the property (even on short notice), punctually responded to emails and were exceptionally upfront about charges. I'd highly recommend contacting Isobel if you're looking to rent in or around Greenwich.

Viewing with Michael was a breath of fresh air - he truly listened to what we had to say and made placing an offer and securing the flat as easy for us as possible. Both him and Bruna were quick to respond to any query while going through the motions of the application process and accommodated to every request. In short: lovely people, a straight-forward process and a trustworthy agency.

GoogleThe whole team at JLL have been amazing in our purchase. In what turned out to be a very complicated sale that nearly fell through multiple times, the whole team went above and beyond normal expectations to help us. Charlotte in particular personally saved the deal, making long difficult calls on her days off and always putting our needs first, she is amazing. I would recommend anyone to Charlotte, Graham and Adam, they were all brilliant.

GoogleWe rented a property on Trafalgar Road through JLL in Greenwich - fantastic experience from start to finish. A real change to all other letting agents we have had in London. Isobel showed us multiple flats and it felt like she truly knew the flats and the locations well - not just winging it. Bruna handled the admin side and was quick and clear. Our landlord was fantastic too! We never had anything to worry about. Keep up the good work!

GoogleSelling a property is never easy but especially not during one of the worst markets in recent years. JLL were great from the start - they valued our property in line with the other agents we were looking at and offered us flexible rates and competitive terms which is why we went with them. I didn't gel with the first agent JLL assigned to the property but as soon as Charlotte took it over I knew that we had the right agent - Charlotte worked extremely hard to get us the right viewings and always came back with timely feedback which really helped with my nerves! Unfortunately due to the market we had to reduce the property price however this helped to open it up to a load more potential buyers and this meant we were able to get an offer. Our first offer was way off the mark but Charlotte worked with the buyer to increase it to an acceptable level. We then had a difficult and long 7 month period between offer acceptance and exchange in which anyone could have pulled out but Charlotte kept in regular communication and helped to keep the sale progressing. We exchanged with our buyer yesterday despite all of the doom and gloom in the markets and we're really happy with the service we received from JLL - and particularly Charlotte - and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
