GooglePartner went to look at a property on Chetwynd mead, abbey phoned a few times during the day when she's working full time and also a mum of a young child so hadn't got around to responding. Amy left a voicemail extremely patronising & very rude. Saying things like "it's abbey properties calling AGAIN" & "we haven't heard back and that's extremely frustrating" I suggest you quit your job in a customer focused role and go into something more fitting if you feel the need to leave voicemails like this. Won't be recommending this estate agent to anyone. RUDE. No wonder you are struggling to sell the house.

GoogleRaphael and his team were very helpful throughout the sale of the property. They contacted a professional builder, roofer and electrician when we needed them and also were on hand to meet them when necessary. Excellent rates and very responsive throughout the process. Would definitely recommend Raphael and Emma and the rest of the team.

GoogleRecently purchased a house through JLL. They have been professional and attentive throughout the process. Our estate agent Michael was very helpful and friendly and was always on hand to answer any queries to help move the process along. Overall a very good service.

GoogleVery good experience with this JLL branch since the viewing of the flat we are renting. Our property manager Keely Wesley is very responsive and competent: so far, everytime we notified an issue with the flat she replied promptly and arranged for a solution within a short timeframe.
