GoogleI would certainly recommend using the services of Hunters estate agents in Sutton Coldfield, from start to finish they have been amazing. From the moment when Faye visited our property she truly appreciated the property and gave a genuine true valuation of the property, she was extremely helpful and had a great understanding of the market. Then when we met the other members of the team they were also fantastic and asked all of the right questions to understand the property and help with the sale. GoogleRented from hunters and had problems the whole time I was renting. House needed repairs which never got fixed despite numerous call’s and messages. Young staff that have no interest in customer service. The little lad Michael is clueless. When you move out they rob you for your bond absolutely appalling service. Oh and Michael left so he did work there..Michael tonks??

We also don't or haven't had anyone called Michael working in the Crookes office, or our other sister offices of Hillsborough and Woodseats. As Hunters is a national franchise network it may be different franchisee. GoogleI've had my property with the on the market for 6 months and nothing happened. I had to chase them to see if there was any interest or any feedback. I then asked them to advertise it to let and I was lied to that there were viewings when I know for a fact that no one was at the property at the time of supposed viewings. Total waste of time, bad service and lazy agents. I regret using them.

GoogleWe were impressed with the service from Hunters from the the initial visit to value our home through to the recent completion of the sale. They kept us fully informed by phone and via the portal and managed the viewings professionally. The office staff were particularly helpful throughout the entire process and as we had not moved for 40 years their reassuring approach was more than welcome. We cannot fault the service and will certainly reccomend them in the future. Well done & thank you all at Hunters Solhull.

GoogleIn a tough and declining market, Hunters made all efforts to sell my house. I couldn't have asked for more from Julie Stephens who's will to succeed for both the buyer and seller could not be more impressive. 4 stars for Hunters, 6 stars for Julie!
