GoogleHelen is absolutely fantastic person. She is really helpful, kind heart and listen to your concern properly. She finds out every solution very fast. Tbh, I was struggling to find out place for my mum, my partner and for myself due to pressure of my current landlord but her advice gave it to me confidence to tackle him. I work in luxury retail industry for more than 12 years and barely get time for myself. Other side my landlord was keep forcing us to move out after living in the property more than 5.5 years. I tried to call council and every single person to seek help and advice but nobody wants to bothered to help me in this situation.
We don’t have any sort of benefits and we work hard to survive in london. I told my situation to helen when I was going to work, she heard my concern really carefully and gave it to me best advice about my rights plus not only this she told me to stand with us if we get bullied again by the landlord..
We are sincere citizen never dispute on anything we pay each and every tax and bill on time but when I felt helpless helen is the only one who helped me to tackle this situation and stand with us. Thank you Helen. I wish you all the very best. God bless you. I’ll buy my first house from you 100%.

GoogleHunters (Dominic Blake) acted for me in the sale of a flat in South East London. The flat had a B2 EWS1 rating due to cladding and Hunters were one of the only estate agents willing to try and sell the flat. I could not faut the process they ran and they were not deterred when an initial buyer pulled out late in the process. A second sale involved a very challenging buyer and solicitors but Hunters were extremely proactive in troubleshooting and keeping the process moving forward. Helen Pittard and Sami King who picked up work when Dominic was out of office were also brilliant. Would thorough recommend for any property sales in London.

Very impressed with the process - I initially met with Dominic and Helen who listened carefully to my requirement "priced to sell but not giving the house away" = within a few days I had c10 viewings and 3 good offers. The house completed pretty quickly, Hunters use a "sales progressor" who really kept the process running efficiently and smoothly - I was always in the loop and didnt have to chase anything, not once. I really like the Hunters process - rather than 1 person trying to do the lot, its split amongst experts - Dom / Helen are experts, the external photographer is an expert and so is Laura the sales progressor. Unfortunately, Dominic’s recollection differs materially from the account set out in your review. Our telephone records confirm that Dominic contacted you at 10:16am to confirm your attendance at the scheduled appointment. During this conversation, you advised that you would be running approximately 15 minutes late. Dominic clearly explained that, in those circumstances, the appointment would need to be rescheduled, as remaining much beyond the agreed start time would result in him arriving late for a subsequent viewing at another property. He further advised that arriving late would likely result in a wasted journey for you, as he would be unable to wait much beyond the scheduled time. Your response to this was, “I’ll try my best.”
Dominic remained at the property until 10:39am, at which point he was obliged to depart in order to attend his next appointment. During this period, he observed a vehicle arrive and briefly delayed his departure in case it was you; however, the occupant remained in the vehicle and did not appear to be preparing to attend the viewing. On this basis, Dominic reasonably concluded that you had not arrived and left the property.
