GoogleHunters helped us to purchase our 2nd home. Our sales negotiator, Dominic, was very helpful and paid particular attention in helping us with this purchase by always being very quick to respond to email requests, and took extra time to assist us with viewings and inspection access throughout the process. He helped us obtain more information for things like measurements of the property and access ahead of our purchase and we were very grateful. Unfortunately, this did not get 5 stars as the ad for our home stated a 'newly installed kitchen / diner', however we were shocked after purchasing to discover the new built in oven was not even connected and neither was the cooker hood - they were simply on display! We were also surprised on lifting the 'new kitchen flooring' that it was rotten with holes in it. Very disappointing and whilst we were able to get these things corrected, they added a lot to our costs, along with quite a few other surprises we found.

That said, we were surprised to hear about the issues you discovered after moving in. As estate agents, our role doesn’t include testing appliances or lifting floor coverings to inspect beneath them, so unfortunately, these particular problems were beyond what we could have identified.
We understand how frustrating unexpected costs like these can be, especially given that the property was reviewed by various professionals during the buying process, including Timber & Damp Specialists, Surveyors, Gas Safe Engineers, and the Level 2 survey. These inspections, along with the buyer’s and solicitors’ due diligence, are all intended to help identify such matters before exchange. We’re genuinely sorry these concerns weren’t uncovered earlier to give you greater peace of mind.
Throughout the process, we aimed to be as accommodating as possible with access, viewings, and additional support, so we had hoped your overall experience might have been reflected in a higher rating. Nevertheless, we truly appreciate your feedback and wish you many happy years in your new home.

Unfortunately, our sale fell through due to buyers pulling out last minute and the estate agency managed to resell our house the next day due to their efficiency. They then managed to move the next sale along quickly for us.

There were a few glitches at the onset but once Helen came on board, I was very impressed with the level of service she provided.
Helen was really friendly and supportive as we had some unnecessary pressure from the agents working for the vendors I was purchasing the property from.

GoogleWe were looking for our first family home and with a little one on the way the stress was through the roof. This was the 5th house viewing and the 4th agency we went through - my wife and I were starting to feel a little defeated.
Then we met Katie M. Katie was nothing less than superb every step of the way - The first time we met, she even stayed after the viewing [into the evening] to chat, recommend schools and local spots that we would need as new parents, not to mention considerations for furniture layout so toddlers wouldn't bump into things - we later found out it was supposed to be her day off!
She understood it wasn't an extra room but it was our baby's first bed room. It wasn't a garden but a place to teach our child their first steps.
It wasn't just a job about tenants and houses but about a family and a home.
Cant recommend enough - 6 stars and thank you for helping us with our first family home Katie.
