GoogleMore than disappointing to deal with this estate agent !!! I have booked home valuation for my property on 4th October morning, arrange my time off work to be available. Day before appointment, sales member reched out to me to see if I'm interested to buy another property and sign up with them. I declined as that wasn't my requirement and felt rather pushy with this offer. After I explained that I'm interested in valuation to understand more current value of my property and process of potential sale. Gentleman over the phone explained that they will not come to do valuation in person that have been already booked for 9:45 am but some of they team send online valuation as they know market so well and no need to see property. OK.. A week later I have reched out with email to they sales team Hunters Abbey Wood, a reminder that I still have not recived my valuation as I have been previously promised from they sales team. That communication also got ignored. If you are homeowner ask yourself would you be interested to give your propery sale in hands of so disinterested estate agent!? Seems and sounds to lazy to do they own offered services and twist all things if you dont fallow they sales catch. I regret that I actually allocated my personal time to them. There are also professional estate agents out there and is not HUNTERS estate agents.
Hi Arnis, I believe you can see from other reviews that customer satisfaction is a top priority for not only me but by team and one that we generally excel at so as you can imagine, I was incredibly disappointed to read your feedback and can only apologise for this particular member of staffs seeming disinterest in arranging a valuation of your property. I can assure you that I take matters such as these very seriously and would welcome a conversation with you either over the phone or at your home to discuss in more detail should you wish.

GoogleI was in need of accommodation. I found a very beautiful attractive property near to where I live which made me more interested in this property. I would say I fell in love from the moment I had a view. where I met Ray who is the property manager. After viewing, I was called within thirty minutes afterwards that the property has been taken. I actually felt bad, and I moved on. Then, two weeks after I got a call back from Ray, that this same property is back in market that something went wrong along the reference verification and they decided not to go ahead with the guy again. Immediately my details was taken, and all necessary documentations followed. Within few days, Ray called me to come and have the keys to the property after all the reference verification has been done and I appreciated his sincerity and integrity as he was sincere from the start of my hunting by calling immediately that the property was taken, unlike others that will stress the day life out of you. Well done! Ray and thank you once again for been so sincere and straight forward.

GoogleI wish I had of used Hunters Estate Agents on my previous move which would of removed a tonne of stress, which this time around seems to be non existant. Helen, I have to say that yourself and the whole team have been absolutely priceless in helping me through a stress free journey. From our first conversation and booking visits even when I had to call at the last minute to rearrange a time, you were so understandin as you knew my health conditions couldn’t handle stress related issues. Arriving on your first and subsequent visits on time, when you came to take photos and record the 360 degree videos of the rooms, waiting so patiently whilst I moved contents around and suggesting that I slow down was so reassuring for my heart failure Even when I had the pleasure of meeting all of the team when I needed to sign some paperwork which was also so seamless when I popped into your offices as I was passing, the warmth from everyone tied in with the response that Ive had when Ive needed to phone, such a pleasure to actually get real people answering the phone lines and resolving my questions with such a happy atmosphere and nothing seems to much trouble and there really isn’t such a thing as a stupid question. Everyones professionalism, politeness, understanding and speed at which issues are dealt with are exactly what house moving should be always about and not the kind of stress that I experienced on my last move many years ago, which is what I was dreading this time around, but Helen I seriously can’t thank you and all of your team enough, you’re doing your upmost best to make this journey as stress free as I could ever wish for. GoogleAfter a very complicated 5 months we've finally crossed over the line.I'm extremely thankful for playing the game at my speed, sometimes responding to 5,7 or 10 emails a day, always with the right answer or advice.Helen Easlea, thank you for chasing all those outstanding enquiries for us and getting things moving. It is greatly appreciated .Your experience and professionalism at Hunters was paramount. Although Helen dealt with the vast majority of work , at times I spoke with Katie or Ray and I'm happy to say the level of service across Hunters it's very high, no matter who picks that call or responds to emails. GoogleI've had my property with the on the market for 6 months and nothing happened. I had to chase them to see if there was any interest or any feedback. I then asked them to advertise it to let and I was lied to that there were viewings when I know for a fact that no one was at the property at the time of supposed viewings. Total waste of time, bad service and lazy agents. I regret using them.
