GoogleI recently approached Hunters for their assistance in renting out a property for me. I've dealt with other estate agents in Abbey Wood before, but none of them have come close to the friendly approach and helpfulness of the staff here. My main contact was Nicole, she was extremely welcoming and professional and nothing was too much trouble. She took control of the whole process and left me with very little to do. The property was up for rent in no time and was taken in a matter of days. Thankyou so much Nicole for all your help, a fantastic team. 5*++++

GoogleThe team have dealt with two sales for me over the last two years and are now dealing with a third. During all the process (from viewings, negotiating offers and progressing the sale) they have all been superb. I was always kept fully up to date and dealt with in the most friendly and efficient manner.I could not have asked for more. I have had a lot of dealings with estate agents over the last twenty years and can honestly say that this team have been the best .

From when I bought a property some years back for the rental market which they managed right up to the point of sale To finding me a buyer quickly and despite several hurdles until completion they dealt with the whole thing with utter professionalism keeping me informed at every stage of the process Would highly recommend them for all sale, purchase and rental needs anyone may have

GoogleThey don't show up for viewings. Complete waste of time dealing with these clowns at this place.
A member of the team was inside the property carrying out viewings. As your partner was made aware there were a number of applicants booked in to view and as you didn’t knock on the door or telephone the office my colleague would have been unaware that you were waiting outside the property. The first correspondence we had from you was an email approximately 35 minutes after your appointment start time complaining that we hadn’t turned up and ending with obscenities. We hope you have now managed to find suitable accommodation.

GoogleCalled this office several times in a row to enquire about a property for sale. The man I spoke to yesterday claimed he was in the middle of something and would call be back that very day, he never did. I also spoke to several people before him aways promising to call back and never do. They just lost a potential buyer! Horrible customer service.NegativeResponsiveness
