GoogleCharged me for engineer visit without obtaining vat receipt or invoice for the charges. I already had appliances insurance cover with clear instructions from me to contact the insurance in emergency. This was carried out by their rent desk agent named Donna who still work there. I would have reported them to ombudsman if they didn't refund me.

GoogleNothing was too much trouble, especially for Helen who went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth as possible. What a star! Was well informed of how things were progressing. Friendly staff who listened and did as we asked. Would recommend for sure from my experience!
