We dealt with Ray in regards to completing the paperwork. He was great and extremely helpful! Communication was very good and overall a stress free experience!

GoogleSelling a house is a daunting task, we asked Hunters Abbey Wood to give a valuation Helen arrived at the given time. From start to finish she was so helpful and professional, gave a fair valuation and without hesitation we subsequently commissioned her to sell my late mothers home. Helen took ownership of the sale, if we had any problems, Helen could be contacted, her help was invaluable, even when contracts were exchanged, we received a call from Helen wishing us all the best. GoogleHunters Abbey Wood acted as the sales agent for a vulnerable customer. As a potential buyer, my questions about the property were dismissed. Other agents include the information I was requesting in the listing, but these agents acted like I should just wait for solicitors to raise queries. I witnessed the agent giving the seller some bad and potentially unlawful advice. I ultimately found a better property and I'm glad not to deal with Hunters, but I worry about the seller.
The vulnerable client you mention in your review as you know is vulnerable due to grieving for her late husband, which makes your conduct at the viewing, even more disrespectful. To turn up with a dog expecting to be able to come into someone’s home with your pet shows utter contempt for the homeowner. You also insisted to the point of almost bullying the seller into showing you paperwork from when her late husband purchased the property some years ago to find out the square footage as we hadn’t put it on our listing. A member of the team explained that this would be more accurate on the EPC than our measurements which are of individual rooms and not the complete floor area. Still, you continued to pressure the owner. You insisted that the EPC should have been on the listing despite a member of the team and then the branch manager, having to explain again that the law states that an EPC only has to be commissioned in readiness for marketing which it had been and was indeed available online later that week. I am unsure as any other information that you feel was missing aside from your insistence, that there was a garage with the property, despite the owner and a member of staff telling you that there was no such garage. The branch manager had to then email you to explain that you had read the title plan incorrectly and the marked area was in fact the parking space mentioned in the listing and not a garage that you insisted was there. So, to be clear, there were three points that you raised, two of which we answered straight away and were down to you not understanding the laws and processes and misreading the title plan and the 3rd you were told would be given to you once we had sight of the EPC. Your offer was put forward to the seller which was rejected as we had several higher offers from potential buyers that the seller and her family were more comfortable proceeding with. We wish you, the seller and the agent that you have bought through the best of luck with your purchase.

I was always able to rely on Cristina and Dana to deal with matters promptly. When it came to sell a property in the Abbey Wood area, Hunters were therefore our first choice. GoogleMore than disappointing to deal with this estate agent !!! I have booked home valuation for my property on 4th October morning, arrange my time off work to be available. Day before appointment, sales member reched out to me to see if I'm interested to buy another property and sign up with them. I declined as that wasn't my requirement and felt rather pushy with this offer. After I explained that I'm interested in valuation to understand more current value of my property and process of potential sale. Gentleman over the phone explained that they will not come to do valuation in person that have been already booked for 9:45 am but some of they team send online valuation as they know market so well and no need to see property. OK.. A week later I have reched out with email to they sales team Hunters Abbey Wood, a reminder that I still have not recived my valuation as I have been previously promised from they sales team. That communication also got ignored. If you are homeowner ask yourself would you be interested to give your propery sale in hands of so disinterested estate agent!? Seems and sounds to lazy to do they own offered services and twist all things if you dont fallow they sales catch. I regret that I actually allocated my personal time to them. There are also professional estate agents out there and is not HUNTERS estate agents.
Hi Arnis, I believe you can see from other reviews that customer satisfaction is a top priority for not only me but by team and one that we generally excel at so as you can imagine, I was incredibly disappointed to read your feedback and can only apologise for this particular member of staffs seeming disinterest in arranging a valuation of your property. I can assure you that I take matters such as these very seriously and would welcome a conversation with you either over the phone or at your home to discuss in more detail should you wish.
