I rented out my property with Hunters. It wasn't managed at all and they frustrated my tenants so much by not doing repairs that my tenants left! Hunters didn't even tell me the repairs were needed.

View AgentsLandlords - you paid them but you ended up doing their management jobs
The team talk sweetly and tend to look after tenants than landlords. Having deducted full management fees, you did more work than they did. They won't tell you if they inspected property half-way through the tenancy. You'd be puzzled whether they inspected.. Totally passive! We got passed around from person to person, even simple enquiry such as energy provider needs a 2nd phone call. If you had a foreign tenant, they did not check out tenant's commitment to service bills payment when 'they vacated mid-term'. They did not submit disputes to TDS, Yet, they said they did everything by the book. We made a bad choice. We changed to some others.

The team at Hunters offer a brilliant service to landlords. I purchased a house 2 weeks ago and the tenant they found for me is moving in tomorrow. They have guided me through the process and given sound advice when I needed it. They've done all the hard work for me and kept me fully informed throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service.

James and his team at Hunters have been very quick at finding me a tenant for my property. This is the second time I have used this company and experienced a high level of service and communication the whole way through from marketing my property to moving the tenants in. Would recommend to anyone thinking of using Hunters.
