A relationship built on trust, and finally, a dream home. My experience with Emma at Hunters spans six years, and I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of her. When I first reached out to Hunters back in 2019, I was a first-time buyer, nervous and unsure of exactly what I needed. From day one, Emma took the time to truly understand what I was looking for, not just the basics, but the details that really mattered to me. We were in constant contact throughout my search, and what stood out immediately was her honesty. She never tried to push viewings for the sake of it; if something wasn't right for me, she said so. That kind of integrity is rare, and it meant I trusted her completely. As it happened, the house I eventually bought wasn't through Hunters, but that never changed how I felt about Emma or the effort she had put in. Some agents would have moved on. Emma simply left a lasting impression. Fast forward six years. I'm now married with a young child, and we were ready to find our forever home. Emma was the very first person I called. No hesitation. I explained what we needed as a family, and she picked up exactly where we'd left off, listening carefully, understanding our priorities, and showing us properties she genuinely believed could be the one. When the right house came onto the market through Hunters, Emma called us straight away. We viewed it quickly, made an offer, and we moved in last week. I can say without any doubt: that house is perfect for us, and Emma knew it before we'd even walked through the door. We are so grateful. Without her dedication, her knowledge, and her instinct for matching people to the right home, we'd still be searching. Instead, we're home. Emma is an absolute asset to Hunters, warm, professional, communicative, and genuinely invested in the people she works with. They are very lucky to have her, and we are even luckier to have had her in our corner. Thank you so much!

Emma at Hunters in Pudsey assisted with our house purchase of our dream cottage style house with beautiful gardens! This one star review is totally due to one member of staff. In fact, if I could give 1 review to her, and 1 review to the sales team, they would be night and day. Hazel. As a client, I could never get a hold of her, my solicitor could never get a hold of her, and the sales progression co-ordinator could never get a hold of her. When we did, she was dismissive, couldn't care less and after costing me over £700 because she hadn't confirmed that the sellers were ready, she basically laughed at me down the phone and said it was my own fault. My sales progression manager for the sale of my house said that if she had made the mistakes that Hazel had, she would have resigned on the spot. Both my solicitor and sales progression manager commented on Hazels terrible telephone manner (when you could eventually get her on the phone), refusal to respond to emails and refusal to return calls. Myself and my daughter worked harder to get the sale to go through, than Hazel did at any point including contacting the seller independently when Hazel apparently couldn't. In the end, we circumvented her and dealt with the incredible Georgia instead. Georgia was the most helpful, the kindest and most considerate person at Hunters that we dealt with. She consistently went above and beyond to save the sale and ensure it didn't fall through. Without Georgia, I would've pulled out a month ago. She somehow managed to contact the seller and their solicitors when Hazel never could. She returned every one of our calls in minutes and replied to every email. Hazel still has about 17 call backs and email pending reply... Thank you Georgia for saving the day and saving the sale. Edit~ It is very important to let everyone know that I received a phone call from the owner of Hunters recently apologising for my experience and letting me know that it should not have happened. To apologise he provided me with £100 worth of vouchers. He then asked me to change or remove my review - this is something I will not do. This review is my true and authentic experience and to give someone an apology gift with one hand and ask them to remove/edit their review with another is not okay and inappropriate. Be aware of other reviews for this company - please keep this in mind.

Hunters provided an excellent service. They have been very professional and responsive throughout. I had moved out of the city so sold my house remotely and was reliant on them to do all the viewings. They also went out of their way to liaise with any workman I arranged to sort out issues that developed in my absence eg. a faulty lock on the conservatory door. They provided a very personal service. All the staff were very helpful, professional and supportive. Thank you Hunters for helping me sell my house.

Whilst all estate agents effectively do the same job, some are better than others. I chose Hunters over other agents in the area because of the friendly nature of a Hazel Buxton. She is a sales negotiator who goes over and above in her basic duties. She has a lovely approach towards vendors and makes you feel more like family than a face in the crowd. She is informative and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She gets the job done from start to finish with a minimum amount of fuss. I would highly recommend her. It was originally up with a different agent but after having the worst possible experience with that agent we decide to contact Hunters to see where we stood. Georgia explained everything in detail & answered every question we asked. Hunters are acting for us both in the purchase of our new home and the sale of our current home. Myself and my husband have had the pleasure of dealing with four staff, Lee, Emma, Kirsty and Jenny. Lee valued our house and was very easy to get on with, then later very professional on the phone. Jenny does the accompanied viewings. I suffer from anxiety. We had 13 viewings on our property, 7 on the same day more or less one after the other! Jenny was instrumental in keeping me calm during what would have been an ordeal without her and I can't thank her enough. Our house sold in 6 days. I get regular reports from Kirsty as to where we are in the process. I haven't moved for 35 years and find her very patient and informative. Emma stood in for Lee when he was on holiday and her enthusiasm and positivity is infectious. All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending Hunters. The staff are all lovely and no matter who you speak to they are all up to date on your property matters. Extremely important. I truly cannot fault the staff.
