I have had the pleasure of dealing with the Hunters Pudsey team for a number of years. While renting out my property, both Amie and Lucy were great at staying on top of any issues, and keeping me well informed. When it was time to sell, Emma did a fantastic job of negotiating a strong sale price, and Kirsty was a pleasure to deal with throughout the sales progression. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hunters Pudsey to anyone looking for a quality agency.

My partner are I are renting a property through Hunters and have been blown away by the efficient and smooth service from the team particularly Amie and Lucy. From start to finish booking the viewong to moving in has taken place over a matter of weeks including over the busy Christmad period with zero delays. Communication has been fantastic, responsive, clear and friendly. I see another reviewer commented on the treatment of tenants and I must second this, both myself and partner have been treated with warmth, friendliness and courtesy despite being renters rather than landlords which is a refreshing difference from other estate agents we have worked with prior. Overall, a lovely, pleasant and helpful team that has taken the stress out of moving and a genuine pleasure to speak with. Thank you so much Hunters!

We have been so impressed by the team at Hunters Pudsey (particularly Kirsty), they have been so helpful and responsive from start to finish. When the house first went on the market they knew we needed a quick sale and organised a lot of viewings in a short time frame and we had a number of offers within days. Great service. I sold and purchased properties through Hunters and they were really good. Other reviews have mentioned the 20 week tie in which is a downside if you are wanting flexibility (but this is a corporate decision which the staff can't change). In terms of the staff at the Pudsey branch, they were really helpful. Particularly Kirsty who responded quickly and was really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Despite a large workload she remembered personal details which helped build up a good customer relationship. The only other thing to note is that I do believe there isn't enough staff to cope with the workload. Despite Kirsty always responding to our queries quickly (& im so grateful) I did get the impression from others who I spoke with that they were incredibly busy. I do hope Hunters as an organisation address this. Overall though they were really great and I'd use them again. We did have to do some chasing, but I would expect this as they aren't a personal service to us, and they were always really quick to get back to us and always knew the answers. Kirsty also worked really hard to get the house sale and purchase turned around really quickly and I'm very grateful for all her hard work in doing that. After having put my house up for sale with an estate agent in Bramley and receiving sub standard service I decided to instruct Hunters (Pudsey branch) instead and couldn't have been happier with the service I received. Kirsty was very polite, knowledgeable and diligent, she came and took photos of the property and did a much better job than the previous agents. My house got plenty of interest and sold really quickly and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. Kirsty has been a star!! I would recommend!

I suppose the only way I can describe my experience with Hunters is adequate. We were putting the property up for rent. Some things they did well like getting an electrician to sort out the Electrical Certificate really quickly. The staff were polite but not always fast in their response to us. When they advertised the property the text in the advertisement on their website and on Right move contained quite a few errors. I sensed a reluctant to change it. Also checking the 'right to rent' qualification for my tenants seemed to cause a little problem also trying to see original references from the previous landlord was impossible. However they did send though the other agents reference. We do seem to have some nice tenants. I am not sure if we would use them again, but also not sure if any agent would be better. Now gone down to 2 stars as the inventory was full of errors and has to be re done. We have had to chase them and carefully check all their work which we have found sloppy. We cannot recommend them now.
