We cannot thank Katy and Emily at Your Move enough for everything they have done throughout our house purchase. From start to finish, they have been absolutely outstanding. We were in quite a long chain, but they consistently went above and beyond to keep everything moving. They were always chasing solicitors, estate agents and everyone else involved, ensuring nothing was left sitting without follow-up. Their persistence, dedication and proactive approach made a huge difference and kept the process progressing when it could easily have stalled. They kept us informed every step of the way, responded promptly to our questions and were always supportive and reassuring during what can be a very stressful experience. It was clear they genuinely cared about helping us reach the finish line. Thanks to all of their hard work, we have finally exchanged contracts and are now looking forward to completing our move. Issy (Isabella York) as a property manager has been nothing short of excellent, providing a completely fantastic experience from beginning to end throughout my four years living at the property. She has consistently demonstrated exemplary professionalism, along with a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine willingness to help at every stage. Her support throughout my tenancy has been outstanding. In particular, when I experienced a major issue with the hot water and the water tank stopped working, Issy was incredibly supportive. She kept me consistently updated, communicated clearly throughout the process, and provided reassurance during what could have been a very stressful situation. Her proactive approach and constant communication gave me real confidence until the issue was fully resolved. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and her commitment to ensuring everything ran smoothly. It made a real difference to my experience as a tenant. Thank you all for your continued support during the sale of our house. We received an offer within 2 weeks of our house going up for sale. Sadly the purchaser pulled out after 17 weeks. You then had another purchaser for us within 2 weeks again. Sadly the young couple then lost 2 sales on their house but we stuck with them. At last and only due to the constant support from Rebecca Sleet the Office Manager everything finally came together.
