GoogleIf you are looking for someone to manage your property,then give this shower a miss. They looked after my property for almost 10 years and during that time they only made one inspection. They never accept any responsibility for any issues or concerns, they never reply to any messages ,or communicate whatsoever, they certainly do not take their responsibilities seriously. All that they are interested in is taking their monthly fee which by the way is more than some other agents. In total they are a complete and utter waste of time and space. Avoid at all costs. If I could have left them a no star report I would have.This obviously is my own opinion on the terrible lack of service that they provide.Look elsewhere.

GoogleWasn’t a great experience at all, from the get go Abbi Watson tried pressuring me into making a decision and asking me to go against legal advice despite advising we wouldn’t be proceeding without a Dead of Variation to protect myself on the biggest financial decision of my life, contacted me on numerous occasions saying “don’t listen to your dad or sister an indemnity covers all basis’” when advising we wouldn’t be purchasing the property she replied in a very hostile manner. Wouldn’t advise dealing with her if you can, I understand the commission on a sale but no thought about customer experience at all!
