GoogleSo disappointed with them. Booked over the phone for 11am, explicitly stated I'd be taking the day off work to attend this viewing. I ended up on the bypass instead of the main road so was 10 minutes late and couldn't ring with me driving. Got there to find she'd booked another appointment elsewhere for half 11,s despite having booked in at 11 so had already been and gone. I accept that I took the wrong route and was late but I am disgusted that I had been allocated what, a 5 minute slot?...to view the house and have any questions answered/paperwork sorted etc. Daft to think they're rushing client's in and out of their properties in such a manner. I'd drove all that way and would only have been ushered in and out anyway. Not happy. I suggest you ask on the phone how long a slot you'll have booked for you to avoid any disappointment and also, plan your route better thab I did!

we also used Hunters Conveyancing and Jennifer Simpson was equally impressive chasing up legals and banks and getting the job done with the minimum of fuss but still with politeness and charm. She also kept us well informed and up dated even when we didn't need to know things
Would definitely use Hunters again and from my own point of view would be asking if both those were available altho they be involved

GoogleI have no hesitation in recommending Hunters Estate Agents at Crookes. All the staff were excellent, messages got passed along, nothing got missed. Amy was exceptional, we certainly would not have completed our sale if not for her diligence, efficiency and polite professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble. Amy constantly checked on the progress of all levels of the chain contacting solicitors and estate agents to chivvy them along. Even when there was nothing new to report, Amy would ring and chat making sure that were in the loop and feeling secure. We have already recommended Hunters, but the Crookes office we found to be without fault.
