I have been using Hunters services for the last couple of years and find them nothing but helpful, polite and friendly yet professional. I would highly recommend them and their services as I do feel they are happy to go the extra mile.

I rented out my property with Hunters. It wasn't managed at all and they frustrated my tenants so much by not doing repairs that my tenants left! Hunters didn't even tell me the repairs were needed.

After having several local estate agents out to discuss putting our property on the market it was a clear and easy decision to go with Hunters. Rebekah was so professional and knowledgable but approachable and friendly at the same time. Both my wife and I felt we had the backing of a team that could ultimately achieve a sale on our property and in turn then look after us thereafter. Lisa is without any doubt outstanding when it comes to progressing the sale and keeping tabs on what’s going on and keeping in contact so we were aware of exactly what stage the sale was at right the way through to completion. Selling a property is as we all know a stressful process and I can say with confidence that if you choose hunters the team will hold your hand through the journey and look after you with the very best attention. The Trusted AgentLandlords - you paid them but you ended up doing their management jobs
The team talk sweetly and tend to look after tenants than landlords. Having deducted full management fees, you did more work than they did. They won't tell you if they inspected property half-way through the tenancy. You'd be puzzled whether they inspected.. Totally passive! We got passed around from person to person, even simple enquiry such as energy provider needs a 2nd phone call. If you had a foreign tenant, they did not check out tenant's commitment to service bills payment when 'they vacated mid-term'. They did not submit disputes to TDS, Yet, they said they did everything by the book. We made a bad choice. We changed to some others.

We would describe Hunters of Frodsham and Mrs Alison Holton in particular as dedicated, thorough, persistent, always positive and cheerful, polite, knowledgeable, tireless and realistic. It was a pleasure to work with Hunters until our house was sold. .

I instructed Hunters to sell my house and have to say from the moment the property went on the market through to the date of completion, I was always extremely happy with the contact and service I received. I put my house on the market for £350,000 and Hunters arranged an open house viewing event, which resulted in my achieving an off £17,000 above the asking price. They really did out do themselves on making sure I got the best price for my house. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house.

The team at Hunters offer a brilliant service to landlords. I purchased a house 2 weeks ago and the tenant they found for me is moving in tomorrow. They have guided me through the process and given sound advice when I needed it. They've done all the hard work for me and kept me fully informed throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service.

I called up to book a viewing on a property - the person I needed wasn't available apparently and clearly only they can book viewings...., Still waiting on a call back (days later) - at least I know not to list my property with them as they clearly only show people around when they feel like it - not great for those trying to sell their home with them. Clearly they have no desire to build relationships with buyers to try and ensure quicker sales for their sellers. Again great to know when you want to sell yours. Just a sloppy agent with no customer service skills who think they need to do no work for their commissions.

We are tenants moving out of our flat and have had an agent who has made us feel rather uncomfortable. We both work full time and are in the process of moving out. But yet we are told off for the way our flat looks. I feel this is quite unfair considering it is still our home for the time being. And we are packing our belongings up and have boxes around the flat. Over the past 2 years hunters have been great and I would not complain but it is just one particular agent just lately.

I sold through Hunters Pudsey. My buyer did complain at one point that things had stalled - which seemed to come at the same time as Hunters employed a new Sales Progressor - Lindsy who was fab. I am not sure if she made a difference or not - she seemed to, and communication from that point was first class. So I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I dealt with Stacey Pain and I found her to be very efficient and she kept me informed throughout the whole process, which was not always easy as I was not local and then overseas for completion. I would 100% recommend Stacey to anyone looking for a professional and efficient service.
