We had a very positive experience with Hunters throughout the sale of our property. The team were professional, approachable and responsive, keeping us well informed at every stage. What particularly stood out was that they remained realistic and honest throughout, setting sensible expectations and ultimately delivering on what they said they would do, something we had not experienced with other estate agents. Tommy, Demi and Darren were especially helpful, always quick to deal with queries, chase matters and keep things moving during what can be a stressful process. We had an amazing experience selling our property with Hunters. From the valuation from Tommy where he kept realistic and didnt throw out unachievable figures and his understanding of the local market set him apart from the other agents we had round. Demi was brilliant in booking in alot of viewings and getting an offer we accepted within a week and a half. Then Darren was brilliant at progressing our sale to ensure our sale completed within 2 months. All in all a fantastic team and would definitely recommend to anyone selling their property.

After months of unsuccessfully trying to sell our home with another Estate Agent, we moved to Hunters. Our only regret was not having Hunters market our home from the first day we put it up for sale. From the first meeting, to discussing how to market our home, to arranging viewings, managing sales negotiations, arranging a Solicitor for the final leg of the process, to handing over our keys on moving day, we could not fault their professionalism. Tommy, Demi, and the team were always on hand to offer advice, support and encouragement throughout the sales process. The team continued to arrange regular viewings, until we had a successful sale agreed. They all demonstrated continued dedication and enthusiasm throughout. Communication couldn't have been better. We were kept updated at every step, always being offered advice and encouragement when needed. Always a cheerful voice at the end of the phone. Once we had a buyer secured, we were then put in the very safe hands of Darren Bailey. Darren has been in the Estate Agency Business for over 20 years. His experience is demonstrated by his outstanding management of the final steps of the process after we had accepted the offer on our home. Darren led us through every stage to completion with professionalism, honesty and well informed advice. We were constantly updated on our position in the process at every stage. Darren recommended a Solicitor. The decision to use that Solicitor turned out to be a blessing. She led us through all the legal processes without any stress or anxiety. Her communications were frequent, at every stage. We didn't have to chase, or wait for answers, she was always one step ahead. Guiding us through a process which would have been overwhelmingly stressful, if we had not had the benefit of her professionalism and experience. Selling our home, which had been in our family for over 90 years took us on a very emotional journey. We didn't have a good experience with our first Agents. That all changed dramatically once we were in Hunters capable hands. We can't praise Tommy, Darren and the rest of the professionals involved enough, for their in depth market knowledge, and accurate advice. For being continually proactive, communicative, keeping us fully informed. For having an honest approach, and showing genuine care. After our positive experience securing Hunters to market, and sell our home for us, we would highly recommend them. Not only because they were successful in selling our home, but, as importantly, because of their honest, caring, approach throughout the process. They certainly deliver all they say they will!

I really felt in good hands with the guys from Hunters in Hayes. Tommy was very professional, helpful, patient and honest. Demi was attentive, understanding, helpful and supportive. I have to say the two of them made me feel at ease, they explained everything I had queries about and they were friendly and always responsive. Then there was Darren who was also very understanding and provided excellent advice. I was not felt rushed or pushed in any way, and was given all the time I needed to make final decisions. Very bad experience especially(sofia) in my case they look after landlords only they dont care about tenant’s if anybody renting a house just be careful because if tenants have some issues in house they need to chase everyday after reporting on top level even many more things i dont want to explain much but i have rented for two years and struggled two year even for small things in opposite they want everything perfect in house while inspection

Good evening, First of all apologies, this is an overdue but well deserved review for Hunters Estate Agent Hayes, Abun and Darren Bailey top blokes 5 *, hats off all they way for their commendable service, Abun undertook the initial viewing for the property in Harlington, toplad !!! dependable team member !!! We gave our formal offer, it was successfully accepted, We had the usual painstaking delays when it got to the legals and the usual roller coaster ride of technicalities, despite the setbacks and the turbulent stages Darren had faith we were not going to pull the plug on the sale and not follow it through, Late out of hours evening calls were initiated by Darren to keep the ball rolling and the fire alive in the proposed sale metaphorically speaking, undertaking the 5 - 6 way conversations and keeping the proposed sale proactive and remained positive all the way, We got there in the end during the latter part of 2022, exchanged, completed and collected the keys to the new property, It was by far the best experience of purchasing a property through Hunters, excellent process undertaken until the transaction was signed on the dotted line and completed, Our agent's Abun & Darren's experience and deep understanding of the market were invaluable. Bought our house using Hunters in Hayes and they were great and helpful throughout the process. Tommy was our initial contact and then Darren took over from the point of agreeing the sale and I found them both to be approachable, honest and knowledgeable about the areas we were looking to buy. Tommy was excellent and Darren was generous with his time whenever we needed him, as the mortgage process took long and we had to call him often. As the property we purchased was for buy-to-let we chose Hunters Hayes Estate Agents to rent our property, as we found them to be professional, efficient and knowledgable about the area. We were helped by Tommy who was super helpful with the rental valuation and finding us the right tenant and for the most part by Sofia. She is excellent and is very responsive who is always willing to answer any queries. She made the whole process easy!
