We had a a wonderful experience with Hunters. All credit to Darren who was very diligent and professional dealing with our situation. He gave a us a lot confidence during our purchase and personally dealt with both sides of the transaction and the solicitors to close the deal. Darren regularly checked in with us and would maintain great communication, always keeping us informed and at ease that we can get the deal done as quick as possible. We were very fortunate to have Darren facilitating this transaction, without his know how we’re not sure we would have been able to close as quickly as we did and we would have definitely not been filled with as much confidence in the process as we did. We decided to choose Hunters estate agents to sell our home after 20 years in Hayes. Tommy came to our home and explained the whole process with so much ease we felt instantly comfortable choosing them. Having an app to check on upcoming viewings was very beneficial as you could fit them around work. Flexibility to do some viewings on our own and with Demi was also handy. Darren took on the sale side of things and did most of the chasing between parties involved, he kept us informed and we could contact him at anytime we needed. They recommended local solicitors and mortgage advisors so we didn't need to spend time looking ourselves. Thank you the great homely service we received!

We felt that we had the support of the whole team at Hunters, Tommy met us and explained the process, he was our initial primary point of contact and was very helpful, we took a long time deciding whether to sell or not and then choosing an estate agent, Tommy was the reason that we went with Hunters. Demi and her colleagues kept us informed throughout the 'viewings' stage and chaperoned all of the viewings, knowing when viewings are taking place allowed us to work around them, once we'd accepted an offer, Darren then took over as the primary point of contact, a very knowledgeable and experienced ' finisher' with impeccable verbal communication skills, we spoke with him a lot during the final weeks of the sale. Tommy and the team were absolutely brilliant. My mum, at 84 years old, wanted to move to a retirement property after living in her home in Hayes for over 59 years. I live abroad and therefore, was not on hand to undertake the full supporting role my mum needed. Tommy and his team took care to ensure my mum was involved in all aspects of selling her house and couldn't have been kinder or more patient. Today, 2 months after my mum moved, I got a call from Tommy, asking me how my mum was getting on in her new home! This team are amazing. Bought our house using Hunters in Hayes and they were great and helpful throughout the process. Tommy was our initial contact and then Darren took over from the point of agreeing the sale and I found them both to be approachable, honest and knowledgeable about the areas we were looking to buy. Tommy was excellent and Darren was generous with his time whenever we needed him, as the mortgage process took long and we had to call him often. As the property we purchased was for buy-to-let we chose Hunters Hayes Estate Agents to rent our property, as we found them to be professional, efficient and knowledgable about the area. We were helped by Tommy who was super helpful with the rental valuation and finding us the right tenant and for the most part by Sofia. She is excellent and is very responsive who is always willing to answer any queries. She made the whole process easy! Highly recommend Hunters Hayes and in particular Tommy to find you the right property and if needed the right tenant for your property!

Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars I would! When I was looking to sell my property and buy another, I met with about 8 different estate agents but Hunters stood out for me. I met first with Tommy and his sincerity, thoroughness and professionalism sold it for me. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all patiently. And then the amazing Darren took over and when I tell you this man is amazing, he truly is. Darren went over and beyond, was available at any time to talk me through my questions be it at 8pm or at 8am. Never for once did he sound impatient with me, no matter how silly my questions sounded. He took his time to explain the process, gave regular updates and whenever there seemed to be a delay on the buyer's side, or my solicitor's side, he would go out of his way to chase. Darren literally held my hand from the start of the process to the very end. Darren, you are a top guy! You are so good at what you do and on top of that, you have a good heart and you are very kind. I would highly recommend Hunters when selling your property. Tommy is extremely professional along with being just a really nice person who cares about getting you the right price for your home, the same goes for Demi. They make the process of selling seem so much easier as all prospective clients are vetted and they handle viewings so well. Not to forget Darren who really is available 24/7.
