I would highly recommend Hunters when selling your property. Tommy is extremely professional along with being just a really nice person who cares about getting you the right price for your home, the same goes for Demi. They make the process of selling seem so much easier as all prospective clients are vetted and they handle viewings so well. Not to forget Darren who really is available 24/7. I put an offer in on a much sought after property on a Saturday afternoon and even though he was out doing his shopping he answered the call and could give the Estate Agents my details off the top of his head which secured the property for me.Now that's what I call excellent service. Their incompetence and lack of dedication made what should have been a straightforward process a stressful and frustrating experience, I called them 5 times from the day they listed a property to rent and on 6th day when I called them I was informed they property was fully booked for viewing, There is no fair decision by this estate agent, They select tenant for viewing as per their previous relationship Overall I would not recommend

Dealt with Anita (in house Mortgage broker) and had a pleasant experience. Discussed my requirements at the initial meet and Anita assured me that she could find me a great product. She went out of her way to speak to the bank directly prior to applying, informing them of my situation (not as straight forward). I was then happy to proceed and within finding a property had the survery conducted in two days and mortgage offer was released within a week. Couldn't ask for anything more, can't beat the service and always nice to deal with someone honest and direct (too many other people promising what they can't deliver). Will be recommending to my friends.
