I had a great experience renting through Hunters. Finding a flat at the moment is not easy, but Catherine made the process incredibly smooth and I felt in great hands throughout. She was always quick to respond, helped sort out furniture with the previous tenant, and turned around the final steps and contracts incredibly fast when I asked to move the date forward. I am very happy with the flat and really appreciate all of her support. Thank you Catherine!

Recently sold my property through Hunters. After a slow start to getting viewings and offers on the property, Ella took on the sale process and got the ball rolling more efficiently, getting us in by Christmas. Ella made sure to keep up to date with the move via solicitors and estate agents throughout the chain and tried her best to keep things moving and maintain a successful sale process. While the sale took longer than expected, Ella's patience and service helped get us across the line in the end. Thanks again.

I'd like to thank Joanne Hague at Hunters for her advice and support over the last one and a half years of a marathon sale that went through 3 buyers offers and delays by my awkward property manager. She kept me updated and was key in driving the process though chasing solicitors on both sides while I was miles away in Scotland. Also my thanks go out to Ella Flanagan for visiting the premises on many occasions for viewings, crawling in cupboards providing meter readings, collecting and forwarding letters from the empty property.

Sold with Haus bought from Hunters . On the day of moving in made 4 calls to try and establish how to get the keys for the new property. Firstly they were unsure who had them , then when they found them & no one rang me to tell me to collect. Eventually I just turned up at branch and there they were! Not impressed with the Service at all! Removal van was waiting around for two hours whilst we were chasing to find keys . Haus is the only Estate Agent to use in Sheffield , believe me!

We cannot thank Catherine at Hunters Crookes enough. The last few months have been some of the hardest of our lives. My dad passed away in May, leaving my younger brother who has autism without his dad and without his full time carer. He had to move in with us temporarily, and while we were still trying to adjust to suddenly becoming his carers and trying to grieve, we then found out our landlord was selling our house and what we thought was going to be our forever home. It felt like the final straw. At a time when we were already fighting battles with social services, the council and MPs just to get my brother the help he needs, the thought of having to move felt impossible. We simply did not think we had the strength or energy left. Catherine changed that. She understood our situation from the very beginning and went out of her way to take away as much stress as possible. She reassured us, was always patient with my endless questions, and treated us with genuine compassion. Thanks to her, within just three weeks of finding out we needed to move, we now have the a home to move into that is absolutely perfect for us. This move means more than just a roof over our heads. It means my niece gets her bedroom back after having to lend it to my brother, giving her back her safe space after losing her Gan Gan. It means we can finally start to find some stability and hopefully some space to grieve properly. Catherine is brilliant at her job and an absolute assert to Hunters Estate Agents. Catherine, thank you for giving us hope when we thought there was none. You have no idea how much difference you have made to our family.

We’ve just completed the process of selling our house with Hunters after an absolute rollercoaster of a journey doing so, and I can’t speak highly enough of Ella who helped us through the entire mammoth venture. From day one Ella was super friendly and incredibly helpful, and remained so throughout the almost 400 days the entire thing took (through no fault of Hunters i must add!!!). She was always on the end of the line if we needed her and did things that needed doing quickly and efficiently, whilst keeping us in the loop the entire time. Despite being incredibly relieved that it’s all finally over, I’m genuinely going to miss Ella as we got on so well and actually managed to see the funny side of things, which made the whole process less stressful.
