Incredible experience with Hunters with particular mention to Bex M. I live many miles away and she so professionally and with an unprecedented level of kindness helped to make sure my Uncles housing remained secure, despite red tape beyond anyone’s control. I was very happy with the standard of service offered by both the Crookes and Woodseats offices. Stephen Hunter attended to make the initial valuation inspection. He was very personable and was clearly familiar with the area and local market. He was very honest in his valuation unlike some who increase the valuation just to get your business. He also was able to advise on further issues to consider relating to after sale. Amy at the Crookes Office was great in terms of organising and attending the viewings and I felt very confident in her as she kept me constantly updated. Joanne at the Woodseats office took over the sales progression, and I looked to her for guidance when considering the offers and felt very confident in her approach. They were a great team and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
