Thank you Hunters again! Twice Hunters have been successful in selling my home. This time, I had to sell my help-to-buy property. Fleur's expertise set an accurate price and arranged for a beautiful brochure to be ready within 24 hours. Paula & Ceejay engaged clients that had serious interest in buying the property; they were punctual and highly professional managing all viewings. With perseverance, the right buyer came along and Ceejay was successful in negotiating the sale for the asking price, critical with the help-to-buy. Following up on my earlier review when we moved in, I wanted to share feedback at the end of our tenancy with Hunters Estate Agents, Carshalton. A big thank you to Chad, who was consistently prompt and understanding whenever we raised any concerns. Every issue was handled professionally and without unnecessary delays, which really makes a difference during a tenancy. From move-in to move-out, the level of professionalism has been consistent. That’s not something you see often. Highly recommended for both landlords and tenants looking for a reliable and well-managed service. Earlier one while i moved in 3 years ago (below) Appreciate Lauren for helping us choose the house on the same day of viewing. Even when she was on leave, the process was managed well by her colleague Fleur who was highly patient in responding to our queries. Looking forward to moving next week and having all services delivered as promised by Hunter's! Their online platform for managing the entire process is pretty good and very transparent. Highly recommended!

We first used Hunters in Carshalton for the rental of our property as we’re relocating out of the UK. Fleur was amazing in helping us market the property and find the right tenants. This was our first time as a landlord and she was very helpful throughout the whole process. We then used Hunters again as the selling agent of the property, which again was a fantastic experience. Fleur again was amazing throughout the selling process and couldn’t recommend her and the team highly enough if you’re looking to sell a property around the Sutton and Carshalton area!

We are a small family with 2 small children and sold our 2 bed flat through the estate agents Hunters in Carshalton. I had some bad experience previously with a few property agents where they didnt provide any personal experience and didnt work with us to achieve our goals . With Hunters it was the complete opposite. Fleur came to do the valuation and straightaway we knew she was the one we wanted to handle our sale. Once hired, Ceejay dealt with the viewings and day to day communication. Both Ceejay and Fleur were extremely helpful, proactive and gave us that personal touch which we needed. We had a few issues in the process as were also buying a house and were in a chain. But Hunters always were on our side supporting us in critical decisions, suggesting the next steps and chasing the other agents and solictors. They made the process smooth and easy for us by taking away the hassle and making sure the right outcomes were achieved at every stage. The whole process took about 8 months because of some issues higher up in the chain but with Hunters support we managed to sell our flat and move in to the house we wanted! Till the very end both Ceejay and Fleur made sure that we were informed of everything happening around us. They as a team kept each other always informed of the situation and made sure that our sale completed successfully. We are very grateful that we chose them and would recommend anyone locally to hire them as their agents, they will not disappoint - thank you :)
