Don't think, do it! 5/5 from the very first contact! Before leaving a comment, I believe it's important to provide a brief and personal background first. I am a Landlord based outside of the UK and coming off another agency that provided extremely poor and dishonest service, so one can imagine the hesitation to go through what may be another wild rollercoaster. Throw in the added complexity of the paperwork with taxes and the lack of visibility on executing many and multiple tasks that would require one's physical presence whilst being abroad. The team at Hunters literally embodied my personal traits on dealing with various tasks and filled that massive gap which requires a lot of trust between multiple parties. I specifically dealt with Sharon & Lucy (I am sure there's more people involved) and as a collective, they were extremely professional and were more than willing to listen to any queries I may have and reassured me of potential outcomes by being transparent and highly communicative with their actions. Not only are they professional but they genuinely care for your home as if it were to be their own and even perform tasks that are outside of the norm, giving the true practice to the phrase: "Going above and beyond!" With Hunters, numbers does not feel like the main objective, but rather the quality and when that is prioritised, the outcome is phenomenal. Thank you to the team at Hunters for everything that you've done so far. I look forward to what else the future may bring.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Sharon and Alison for our letting, and Yasmin for our ongoing property management. Our experience is that the team is always responsive and professional, ensuring that our needs are met, no matter who we get in touch with. We unfortunately had two hot water issues and a subsequent gas issue over the space of two weeks, and Yasmin was tenacious in getting it all resolved. From my perspective, the team works hard to provide excellent service (which is not true of all Sutton Coldfield agents), and we truly appreciate it.

Cannot thank Hunters enough for everything they did with the sale of our house. From the second David came to do our valuation, we knew that Hunters was the agent for us. Professional, friendly and reassuring - exactly what you need when selling a house for the first time in over 40 years! David’s explanation of the process put us at ease and the quality of the photos he took for the advert we’re impressive. We also can’t thank James enough for all of his advice and support along the way. James helped to take a lot of the stress out of selling the house and was always willing to answer a phone call for even the simplest of questions. Not only was he knowledgeable and supportive, we had complete confidence in him when showing prospective buyers around the house. He really did ‘sell’ the house for us. Dave Curwen was extremely knowledgeable and friendly when he conducted our valuation and he was more than happy to deal with any questions we had. Carly Taylor was superb from then on, acting as our main point of contact for our sale. She was ALWAYS responsive, throughout the process, and happily chased solicitors and buyers for us when necessary. Carly went above and beyond on many occasions, even doing so out of hours. From the very start of my enquiry to the last little details, Hunters have been transparent, honest, true to their word, communicative, approachable and personable. Any enquiry I had was answered promptly and with confidence. Sharon initially dealt with my very first enquiry and discussed every last detail - what was expected of me as a landlord being my first time in this position, and what was expected of them as agents, nothing was ever pushed on to me, no sales tactics, just the facts and then it was my choice. Following on, Lucy was my agent and nothing was ever too much to ask from her. She was friendly, professional and available. She gave me confidence in the tennants selection process and facilitated this fantastically ensuring that my choice was promoted. The whole process couldn't have gone smoother. 5 star treatment, it would be difficult to go with anyone else from here on.
