Selling your home can be a nervous & worrying time ( It certainly was for us ), especially in current times, but after we spent time researching local estate agents to choose from, coupled with some personal recommendations, Hunters stood out for us based on the ' vibe & values' that were represented and we felt.
Our experience was way above any expectation, from the sheer professionalism on every single contact, whether it be phone call, visit or viewing, the team made us feel valued and important to them... not just simply another client.
The response was 1st class & impressive ; from initial inquiry to meeting Branch Manager Faye Shaw was within 24hrs, and believe me , I understand the industry to be very busy presently !. Faye was very keen to help us, but focused on making us at ease, feeling comfortable, explaining every detail with concise market intelligence & detail providing us with all we needed to know in a very approachable , non rushed & absolutely no pressure environment - we proceeded with our house sale immediately. We had much communications with the team following this almost straight away, our appreciation to Kimberley, Chowie & the whole team who combined started the ball rolling with an incredible proactive team ethic. Within 2 days, our home was fully marketed & represented !
On the 3rd Day, we had 6 viewings ... on Day 4, we were contacted with the exciting news ( following all the background work ) with a firm Offer at full asking price ! .. like we said... WOW :-) . We couldn't have asked, or expected better service or a result as this... Sold within 1 week !! - We are now experiencing the same level of service with their in house conveyancing team ,which I have no doubt will result in successful & swift conclusion for us.

GoogleFantastic team. Great to respond and supportive throughout the process. Kimberly, Faye and the team were on the ball, notes were kept on any communications and updates provided regularly. One of the most impressive thing about Hunters was the times they were responding to emails and messages, on Sundays and evenings. I know that this kind of service is not available from other agents and really helps to aliviate some of the stress that always occurs during the process. They were also the safest by far when coming to value the house. Great covid process in place. Brief viewing of property with PPE, not touching items and then excellent follow up after. GoogleWe recently used Hunters to sell our home and purchase a new property. Kimberley and Faye were absolutely exceptional, and went above and beyond what we ever expected from an estate agents. Kimberley listened to exactly what we were after in a property, and genuinely found us our dream home. With regards to selling our previous home, they arranged brilliant photos and a great listing, helping our previous property to sell with ease. The team were always on hand to answer any questions we had (and there were many!) and they never made anything feel like it was too much trouble for them. They were so involved throughout the process, and they made what could have been a stressful process, a very easy and straightforward one. If we move again (although I doubt it thanks to Kimberley finding us this house!) we will 100% be doing with Hunters, and would recommend them to everybody!

Kimberley was an incredible help, support and a great wealth of knowledge during the whole process. Buying a house is stressful, but buying a house during lockdown is even more difficult. It was a turbulent and long winded process that included a number of other estate agents and Hunters were by far the best all round to deal with. From Faye's initial valuation and on-boarding, Robyn helping to find our perfect new home and Kimberley assisting with viewings on our own property and on perspective properties - all 3 ladies were an absolute pleasure to deal with, each going above and beyond (Kimberley and Robyn even keeping us updated on viewings and new prospective properties by sms and email when we were away).
