I entrusted my place on Blythe Grove with Sharon the Lettings manager and she did not let me down. I had doubt at the start as I had a previously bad experience with another letting agent in Sutton Coldfield. She found the tenants, Emailed and kept me updated with what needed to be done even with Covid at the start of the transaction, it was still good! Thanks to Jayne the property manager as well. I first met Jane, a sales negotiator from Hunters when I booked to view one of their properties. We have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Alison at Hunters when renting our new property. We met with Alison for the viewing and she really friendly and answered all the questions we had. We were in contact with her throughout the referencing process and she was always efficient and so helpful. When we collected the keys she was again, so welcoming and friendly and went through all the paperwork with us and gave us copies of all the information we needed. We have rented with different Estate Agents before who have never been as thorough or as helpful as Hunters. We are really impressed.
