GoogleRecently walked into the Sutton Coldfield branch to enquire about any available properties they may have. As we arrived so did Yasmin and even though she was very busy she gave us a polite friendly greeting and welcomed us in. She immediately focused on our needs and located properties in that criteria and even a viewing on the same day. I am so grateful for Yasmin's assistance and she is a credit to the team. Thanks again Yasmin for going above and beyond.

GoogleWe have had our property on the market with Hunters Sutton Coldfield for the last 8 weeks in an effort to move closer to family before our next baby arrives. During that time they have done everything and more to try and help us find a buyer. Proactive, polite, professional and contactable even at weekends - Whilst we weren't successful in selling our property in the short time we had, I highly recommend this team (Faye, Robyn, Jane, Janice, Kimberley) and will definitely go back to Hunters when we want to try and sell our property again.

GoogleI had the pleasure of Hunters, Sutton Coldfield come to our property for a valuation of sale. They are exceptionally efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I booked our valuation appointment online with a booking system that’s easy to use and you have the bonus of picking available valuation times. We had a call back promptly confirming our appointment. The team at Hunters, Sutton Coldfield are very friendly and encouraging. Our valuation was sent to us by email on the same day of them coming to view our property. We would highly recommend this reputable estate agent, you will not be disappointed.

GoogleThey gave us a house full of mould. We reported this but nothing was done in 4 months. We decided to end the tennancy early and on the phone they told us its a £300 fee and than billed us £500. Besides the high prices and the terrible living conditions they had the audacity to request £300 for cleaning fees from the deposit when it clearly says that the house was not professionally cleaned before we moved in.
