GoogleI have never experienced such bad communication and treatment in my life from a company that meant to help you find a property! I was ignore, not informed on questions I had even after paying a holding fee on a property which they wouldn't refund to me even after they were the ones in the wrong and continued to have the property available. They also made me feel very uncomfortable when viewing the property as the current tenant came home and was angry as he didn't give them permission to do viewings that day! STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY !NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleHunters were very quick to arrange a viewing of my newly-advertised purchase property and I was thus able to be the first to put in an offer and have it accepted. The sale of my property also happened quickly with a well-organised scheduling of several potential buyers over the period of a couple of days, immediately after my home went on the market. Although the transactions took a good 6 months , I was kept well informed of the latest developments with both my sale and purchase. Once Carly took charge of my affairs, exchange of contracts and completion were finalised very swiftly, due to her diligence and eagerness to tie up loose ends within the chain as well as with law firms. All in all, I must say I was very pleased with the service. Hats off to Hunters!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality

GoogleOur house sale has been challenging but Hunters have been fantastic from start to finish. Carly especially has been amazing with both us and the buyer and has had great communication all the way through. If we are ever in another situation to buy or sell a property I would definitely come back to this branch of Hunters and highly rate everyone I have spoken with and more recently and for this sale, Carly. GoogleGreat company and group of people :)) helped me sort out my first solo rental quickly and easily! Really nice tenants portal for sorting out applications, any maintenance and for setting up broadband/bills/movers etc. Highly recommend!

GoogleI let my property through Hunters Sutton Coldfield, and I found the service to be excellent. I found both girls in the lettings department, Sharon and Lucy, to be very efficient, extremely helpful and utterly professional at their job. They made the whole process seamless.

GoogleIf reviews could have have negative stars, this one would. Carly (Hunters sales) suggested putting my property up for auction, to my surprise it seemed to be going quite well but then at the last minute, she managed to f&8k it up. Hunters added a note to the sale that made was 1) misleading, it was based on false information, 2) would have had a singificant impact on any price acheived at autction. A quick phone call would have clarified the situation but that was either too complicated or to much bother for this outfit. So last few months have been a complete waste of of time, I'm now looking for a more professional company - don't waste your time on this lot - very anoyyed
