GoogleThroughout a difficult transaction (no fault of Hunters), all the staff were, at all times, aware of the status of the sale and went above and beyond what I would expect of an estate agent, especially at this extremely busy period (May 2021 just prior to the end of stamp duty holiday). The transaction was expedited at every stage, every call of mine was returned and overall, the service was extremely professional. Genuinely, I am completely satisfied with the service. Kimberley and Chowie are both at 32a Beeches Walk Sutton Coldfield have been provided good safety guidance for both buyers and sellers with all viewing throughout this pandemic time. My future house will need quite a bit of work. They also give me advice on how to look for a reliable builder, and where to buy quality materials at a good price. Having viewed a few other properties with different agents, hunters were by far the most professional and gave the most advise. GoogleHunters sold our house this year, and I would definitely recommend them. They were very professional, polite and responsive throughout the whole sale. We got lots of viewings booked, and the house sold quickly. They were great once we got an offer too, they liaised between us and our buyer to keep the sale on track and moving as fast as possible. They were great at chasing solicitors and explaining things to us and making sure to keep the move moving! They also gave us a fab little gift box full of goodies on moving day. Great team, very reasonable fees, very helpful - all good!

She always goes out of her way to accommodate viewings, arrives on time and calls as soon as she leaves and gives us some feed back and emails later to confirm how it has gone. She has chased new enquiries and keep prospective buyers in the picture. She has on occasions emailed or messaged us in the evening to advise us of a situation or to get information that is needed to gain a sale. When I have emailed Kimberly in the evening expecting a reply the next day she always comes back the same night, nothing is too much trouble. We have moved home about 8 times in our life and have never had such service from any other employee . GoogleCalled these charlatans on Tuesday 1st October as i had decided to invest a very large amount of cash on a buy to let property in Royal Sutton Coldfield where i already have 3 freehold properties and had the funds available ready to buy another without need of mortgage. A very friendly sounding female voice advised me she would get a member of staff to call me back and register my details, Very disappointing with the fact nobody called me back so i used another firm.

GoogleWe bought our most recent house with Hunters (Sutton Coldfield) and I would highly recommend them for any house purchase or sale. From initial contact to completion they were friendly, professional and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress free house purchase. Unlike many other Sutton Coldfield based estate agents I have dealt with over the years, the staff at Hunters provided a real personal touch and were extremely approachable and professional and more importantly (to me) came without any hard sell tactics. I have also moved my rental property to be looked after by Hunters, which was speedily rented within two days of being advertised and again the rental and subsequent tenants move in came with no stress and was dealt with fantastically by the rental team. I can honestly say, that now I would not use anyone else for buying, selling or renting a property. Thanks for your continued support Hunters. A very happy customer :)

GoogleFew staff but Hardworking, they over value the property as a result we wasted a lot of time on the market, we also lost a buyer as they couldn't get in touch with agent and agency didn't respond until it was too late
