We have just completed on our late mum's property and can't thank Josh and Arun enough on the way the sale has been handled..On initial meeting we were impressed that Arun bought Josh along with him to see the property as he would be the one to contact potential buyers. Within a day we had 20 plus viewings arranged which was incredible..4 offers arrived and was able to discuss with Arun the position of each one as he and Josh had already checked out they're circumstances..unfortunately the buyers backed out after 5 weeks but Josh was back contacting previous viewers and new viewers and 2 days later another sale was agreed at a higher price..this sale has gone ahead to completion with Josh informing us at every stage of the procedure..We are so happy we chose Hunters Estate Agent Brentford to sell, they handled everything very sensitively for us as we were stil in going through the grieving process..Thankyou Josh Arun and the team, we highly recommend

We recently completed a sale with Hunters. We'd had the property on for 6 months without an acceptable offer so switched agent to these guys on a recommendation. We accepted an offer within 2 months of the switch. Huge thanks to Arun who went above and beyond as we were dealing with a couple of sets of slow solicitors and what transpired to be a difficult buyer. Excellent Estate Agents Recently used them to sell one of our rental properties and we successfully sold our property at a reasonable price. In the entire process they kept us well informed and managed all the viewings pretty much on their own with very little involvement from our side. Even after selling the property and receiving their commission they handed over the property to the new owner and only called us where needed. I highly recommend them and we will use them again for other properties.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Preeti Sahni. She is extremely arrogant, speaks to clients with distrust and condescension, and shows no professionalism. I paid six months’ deposit in advance, but because she did not receive it immediately, she called me in an accusatory and hostile tone, questioning me as if I had done something wrong. When she eventually received the payment, she did not apologise at all. A manager with no sense of courtesy, respect, or basic professionalism. She only cares about money and ignores tenants’ concerns about property quality and safety. From the very first day we moved in, the balcony door and several windows could not even be opened, a serious safety hazard. Her response? “As long as one window in one room opens, that’s enough.” Unbelievable. For three years, no repairs were ever carried out. She hides behind so-called “legal” excuses to avoid responsibility, rather than addressing real issues. This is not the behaviour of a responsible estate manager. If you value professionalism, integrity, and basic respect as a tenant or client, I strongly advise you to avoid Preeti Sahni.
