I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Preeti Sahni. She is extremely arrogant, speaks to clients with distrust and condescension, and shows no professionalism. I paid six months’ deposit in advance, but because she did not receive it immediately, she called me in an accusatory and hostile tone, questioning me as if I had done something wrong. When she eventually received the payment, she did not apologise at all. A manager with no sense of courtesy, respect, or basic professionalism. She only cares about money and ignores tenants’ concerns about property quality and safety. From the very first day we moved in, the balcony door and several windows could not even be opened, a serious safety hazard. Her response? “As long as one window in one room opens, that’s enough.” Unbelievable. For three years, no repairs were ever carried out. She hides behind so-called “legal” excuses to avoid responsibility, rather than addressing real issues. This is not the behaviour of a responsible estate manager. If you value professionalism, integrity, and basic respect as a tenant or client, I strongly advise you to avoid Preeti Sahni.

We booked a viewing for lettings with Preeti at Hunters and boy are we glad we did! She was so welcoming and friendly compared to some of the there cold as stone estate agents we met for viewings. She really made us feel comfortable and was so professional throughout. Gave us a full guided tour (many agents simply waited outside and told us to “take a look for ourselves”) and we had our 6 month baby with us and she asked if she could hold him and was playing with him throughout the viewing. She answered all of our questions and was very transparent when she didn’t know the answer to something but said she would find out ASAP and let us know (which she always did!). There was a slight issue on our end however Preeti went above and beyond to liase with the landlord to get us the contract & give us exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted! Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service, if you want a 10/10 experience, make sure you ask for Preeti!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Getting a house is stressful and hard but Faz was very friendly and supportive throughout the journey. We were informed of the process step by step and we were getting guided every step of the way.
