I recently dealt with Hunters Brentford for letting my house. From the start, Vik was very responsive and professional. He ensured any queries or doubts were satisfactorily answered. Preeti in the lettings team was very proactive throughout and constantly kept me updated with progress on tenancy. She ensured that the tenants and the landlord were duly informed of the steps and timelines. Also, Myhunters portal is a good feature which keeps the landlords updated with the progress. I chose Hunters firstly because the representative who visited my property initially was knowledgeable about the area that I lived in and I felt confident that they would sell my property, and secondly, the price which I thought was extremely reasonable. One of the main things that I personally found reassuring, was that I had the same Estate Agent representative, Josh throughout my sale. This was so very important because he got to know my property and me and therefore I didn’t feel I had to repeat myself constantly if a different agent each time were to conduct a viewing. Josh kept me posted at all times on how things were proceeding and was a joy to work with.
