GoogleMy partner and I recently got the keys to a property in Beverley. Leanne & Ellie were a pleasure to deal with. From the initial enquiry through to getting the keys we were kept up to date throughout the process. We went to look at a property that we thought we were set on until Leanne suggested looking at one we didn't even consider. We instantly fell in love with it. Overall an awesome service. You don't have to do a thing, other than preparation for viewings. They follow the sale through right up until the keys are handed over. We bought from them also and the same applies. GoogleAfter an initial slow process of selling our home with another estate agent. Leanne and her team swooped in and stole the show. Leanne said she would sell our home in “no time at all”. She definitely did that. It took less than 2 days for it to be actively on the market and it sold for full asking price in a week! Hunters found the viewings and therefore found the buyer. It was as easy as that. We would definitely use Hunters again in the future as nothing was too much trouble. I ask a lot of questions but nothing was ever too much and I always got the answers I required. The house I bought was also for sale with Hunters and that side of things was great too. I was initially worried of any potential bidding wars as I know that’s happened to people buying a house in the past (not with Hunters) but again my mind was put to rest. I made an offer and it was off the market straight away. From that point there was no looking back. The only constructive criticism I could say is that upon completion a time for the keys to be back to the office should be well before closing as this was said to be okay. If we didn’t get them sooner than that we would have been moving after 5.30pm well into the night with a newborn. Luckily our vender let us have the keys from him. Failing an earlier key drop off as this isn’t always possible if completion is late as I understand can happen, an agreement could be made to hand over the keys personally to the parties involved on completion. Hunters could easily arrange this as contact between parties is easy. Again i understand Covid 19 could have a part to play in this. Overall an outstanding experience and I can’t express my gratitude enough to every member of the team but especially Leanne. Thank you again.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI’ve experienced Hunters Beverley from both the buyer and seller perspective, and on each occasion it has been managed professionally. Leanne has always conducted business in a clear manner, communicating effectively between all parties concerned. When buying through them, Hunters Beverley removed the ambiguity from the process, and all though they are acting on behalf of their client as they sell, not once did I feel that my needs were a secondary consideration. No pressure was ever applied to complete the process, even on the occasions I felt any personal doubt about the properties suitability to my needs. As a seller, the process was clear, simple, and managed with confidence from the start, which saw a significant selling figure only 14 months after I’d bought the property. This process saw a minor third party complication that required delicate handling, to which Leanne responded quickly and effectively to establish fact, and manage a continued vendor client relationship all the way to completion. From the moment I walked into the Hunters Beverley office, it felt as I would want it to; professional, courteous, and more than a cut above any other estate agent I’d experienced. My parting feelings on Hunters Beverley, and that of Leanne and her team, were that I made exactly the right choice in determining to use them for the sale. GoogleIn the last year we have purchased a property through Hunters Beverley office and sold one. Over the last thirty years we have bought and sold many houses and working with this agency has been the best experience ever. During our purchase I was seriously ill which slowed the whole process down but Ellie kept things on track with our vendors and ensured that eventually all went smoothly. Our recent sale of another property took some time to complete due to a long and complicated chain. Ellie was great at finding information from further down the chain and keeping us well informed of everything she knew. When Ellie wasn't in the office the rest of the team were equally as hard working and approachable. Though I never intend moving again i would happily recommend this team to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property. Thank you guys for all your hard work - it was great dealing with you!

We used them to sell our house and the house we've purchased was also sold by Hunters too. All the staff with no exception, were friendly, dedicated and extremely professional. We felt we could ring them anytime regarding the sale of our property or the purchase of the new house. They dealt with the matter promptly & efficiently. GoogleWe spent time on the market with another local agent and the experience was really poor. They made mistakes that cost us a buyer, failed to complete financial checks before taking us off the market and were very reactive. We switched to Hunters and the experience was far better and got us the result we wanted. I can not recommend them more. Other agents don’t proactively follow the sale through whereas Leanne and her team didn’t stop proactively pushing the sale through until the day we completed. We also bought our next property from them and saw the other side of the sale process, they excelled there too. You get what you pay for!

GoogleAfter trying and failing to sell my flat with many other estate agents in Beverley, it was such a relief to find one that really cared. Fiona went above and beyond - chasing the solicitors (who were very poor and almost lost me the sale), dealing with difficult tenants (I was selling the flat with tenants, who tried to stop the sale going through as they wanted to buy it when they could afford it), etc. She regularly updated me on progress and I cannot thank her enough for changing my life. I can now go travelling, which I have wanted to do for many years. I am not one for naming and shaming but be very careful about the solicitors that you choose. Fiona had to do a lot of their work herself, which she did without complaint. She deserves all the credit she receives.

GoogleWe found a property we loved for sale by Hunters and all throughout the process of buying it, Fiona kept us up-to-date with goings on and chased the solicitors for us many times which helped the process greatly. She let us know when there were cliches well before the solicitor did which enabled us to take action quicker. From the buyer's point of view, I would highly recommend Hunters and no doubt if we come to sell, it will be via Hunters.

Today we travelled for 5 hours to view a house Hunters were advertising in Leven (vendors beware) only to be told their viewing rep couldn't wait for us, after we were held up in static traffic on the M62 for 2 hours, following a fatal accident. No concern for us at all. We completely wasted our time. They've clearly gone down hill, service wise, since other reviews were written. Everyone steer clear.
