GoogleLeanne and Ellie were both really excellent. Managed to get a buyer for our property before advertising. We were so fortunate to have them on board with our move. Leanne manages this branch and is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the local property market. She's down to earth and a really lovely person. Both are supportive when you need them.

GoogleI would highly recommend Hunters, Beverley for selling your home, from a buyers perspective they are quick to get you in to see a property as the agents conduct the viewings themselves, which are very professional. They took us through the process till completion, communicating between solicitors, clients and other estate agents in the chain to make it as smooth as possible. Would definitely use Hunters, Beverley if I ever needed to sell in the future.

GoogleI'm not sure where to start other than, what a fabulous team Leanne has put together and brilliant service they offer. I am relieved and so pleased I let them put my property on the market!!! I put a property I own up for rent at the end of September with RPMS ( they claimed 'letting agent of the year'!!!), after two months and only 4 viewings and not one phone call to update me, I called Leanne for advice. I met Leanne 4 years ago when I bought this particular property from her but I hadn't considered that they are also a letting agent (aswel as fantastic estate agents), so sadly had overlooked this service they offer. Leanne gave me some great advice and agreed to help me.......... 4 days later fhey had shown three people around the property, of which 2 wanted to move in and I agreed to one who wanted to move in immediately and pay the deposit!!!!! I felt a sense of relief and deep gratitude towards Leanne, who clearly knows the business better than most and has acute knowledge of the local area, enabling her to help people letting, buying or selling. I couldn't rate this anymore than 5 star, if I could - I would. I very highly recommend that anyone needing this service use Hunters and if you are with another business- move to Hunters.

GoogleHouse sale pulled out by Seller within 4 days of verbal agreement We were after a house purchase in Middleton, handled by Hunters, when we ended up losing the house twice. The first time, we viewed the property, really enjoyed what we saw - but when wanting to come back to view the property again (note: this property was on the market for over 2 months with no offers accepted) - it had been taken off the market as an offer was accepted. Fortunately for us, the property then got listed on the market again as the buyers pulled out within a week of making the offer. We got our second viewing and made the offer the next day - which was accepted ahead of a bank holiday weekend in August. Suddenly, on a Thursday we get a call saying the house is off the market and being sold to a cash buyer. The offer was pulled away from us with no consideration. Unfortunately this is the way the housing market still operates that gives both parties no repercussions after behaving in an ill-mannered fashion. Whilst verbal agreements are not binding - it is not the best practice that agencies managing sales do not reimburse the buyers they bring in to a verbal agreement whilst letting the seller (at best - charging the management fee which never sees all affected parties!) walk off.

GoogleWe put our property for sale with Hunters Beverley a few weeks ago and have been thoroughly impressed with the service they provide. Compared to our previous experiences of estate agents Hunters Beverley are miles ahead in the level of service they provide. The viewings were taken care of for us which took a lot of stress away from us having to free up time for viewings. Extremely quick sale thanks to Hunters excellent advertising of our property and also their expertise when dealing with viewings. Extremely friendly, dedicated staff, particularly the manager who goes over and beyond what I expected for an estate agent to provide. Would highly recommend,

Their fees were on a par with anyone elses, I did approach other estate agents, but the team at Hunters impressed me, from my first phone call. They were also very proactive in finding me a buyer. They handled my house sale with exemplorary service and expertise. Fiona in particular was great, nothing was too much trouble for her. If I could give all the team more stars I would do. GoogleHunters surveyed , priced and had my property on the market in no time at all. They were confident in viewings and with in 10 days we had an offer which was super close to the asking price . The house then got stuck in a chain for longer than all parties would have cared for but hunters never failed to answer the phone or do what was needed to try to compete the process . They are true professionals at the highest level and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to sell there house .

Google100% happy with everything Hunters Beverley did for us. We were kept informed every step of the way and every question we had was answered very quickly. The team are very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. If we are ever daft enough to move again I wouldn't hesitate to give Hunters Beverley a call.
